On the way home from work and heard an intermittent squealing under ....started to work the next morning and it was even worse. Dropped it off at 630 in the morning, filled out info on the envelope and put key in drop box. I got a call at 930 with estimate which was very reasonable! Got the next call at 1 that it was done. Pretty sad when the guy on the phone didn't even know that the Cummins motor goes in a Dodge ram truck. Update. Owner called me to chew me out for my review. This place seems pretty shady. I wouldn't recommend having them do anything. His argument was we don't work on diesels. Fair enough but who doesn't know what a Cummins goes in? Especially at a mechanic shop? read more

Went in asking for my brakes to be flushed. They refused saying it was a master cylinder issue and would cost $1700 they didn't test drive or check the car before giving the diagnosis and then revealed that their mechanics are paid off of commission I brought my car to budget brakes and got on the road for $100 If it had been the master cylinder we would not have been able to drive away but we did which made the whole experience feel dishonest read more

Brought in my truck as it was misfiring. Diagnostics cost me $950. They told me that it needed a valve job and recommended replacing the cam and headers ( a $6,000 repair job). Took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion. All it needed was two new fuel injectors. Problem solved. On a different occasion, brought in my car as it was overheating. They replaced the water pump. To do this job on my car requires removing the timing chain and then later, replacing it. I got the vehicle back and now, the car won't function in higher gears when going up hill without skipping. Mind you, we never had this problem before. Took the car back to them. They had it for less than a day and declared "we think it's a transmission issue". read more

After two weeks of leaving messages with the receptionist to have someone call to set up an appointment I never did get a return call.
