Poor Krystal had her work cut out for her at my first appt as I was super tense. I've also seen Mary, Trang and someone else who was kinda nosy and did her own massage. I don't schedule with her anymore. There is a sign about tips highly encouraged at 15-20%. I've passed out $20 tips. I no longer get my hair colored and never get my nails done. This is my self care once a month. The massage therapists' schedules are set the first of each month. They don't have online scheduling. Old school call in or schedule at the end or before your appointment. Their waiting room chairs are lacking cushioning. Please replace already.

We came up with a two to three-ish long week care plan, some goals to work toward, and the Dr gave me some things for me to do at home. Walking into the place it's a little intimidating with all the bells and whistles, they've got a lot going on, they do massage and acupuncture as well which I'm excited to try out. I chose this place to try out because they offer all three. I'm happy with the results so far, love that you can text them to set up appointments, the woman who runs the front desk is super friendly and she puts in some extra effort into the little things like adding lemon essential oil to their hand sanitizer so it doesn't smell terrible!
