I witnessed what I felt was the ugliest side of a human being. I wanted to test an electronic massager from a gentleman who comes to this laundromat regularly, but since the laundromat offers public power outlets, we simply wanted to plug it in and unplug it afterward. This woman would not allow it. She said she would call the police and the owner. The owner, when contacted by phone, seemed to agree with her. Because of the way we were treated, I will boycott this laundromat at all costs. We then went to the business next door, El Charrito Meat Market. They do not have public power outlets, but everyone there was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They even helped us find a different plug when the first one did not work. That is kindness without boundaries.

Instead of politely explaining the laundromat's policy, an employee spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner, called another employee over, threatened to call the police, and told me I would never be allowed to return. If the business has a policy regarding pet-related items, they have every right to explain it. However, customers should always be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I left feeling humiliated by the way I was treated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this laundromat based on my experience.

But this place was waaayyy beyond expectations. It is very clean, the dryers work very well and my favorite thing about this place is that they change your dollars for $1 quarter so you're not scrambling to see if you have enough. I like that it has very small loads and huge loads, I believe they also sell detergent/softner products which is great. The lady who I always see there is very kind and quick to help, she makes small talk which makes it comfortable to go to her with any concerns you might have.

However, the $5.75 ones was able to accommodate six loads including sheets, towels, and clothes. Yet, there was enough room for the water to tumble around and clean the clothes efficiently. --Customizable settings. They have super wash settings and you can personalized your cycle by choosing an extra rinse, spin, or wash cycle! --Dryers are excellent too! They have the best rates in this area when it comes to the dryer. Definitely a must because a lot of laundromats scam you when it comes to that. --Cleanliness This place is SUPER CLEAN! I'm used to washers being almost $5- for the bigger loads. However, this location was a bit pricey. The biggest washers they had were up to $7 almost $8 if I remember correctly. Again, it might be the fact that Orange County is pricey compared to specifically Long Beach, but even then, the cheapest was $4.50. Nonetheless, the price didn't affect how my clothes were washed and dry. The dryers were free but they had another set of dryers that you do have to pay for starting at fifty cents. The free ones on the first row are 15 minutes, while the bottom row was 60 minutes, at least the ones I used. I also noticed the washer was a bit on the "dirty" side, which doesn't bother me. However, I know a lot of people who struggle with sensitive skin, so seeing built up left over detergent might be a concern to those with similar issues. The location is pretty small so when it gets busy, it gets crowded! Luckily, they have a couple of chairs outside for those who might be claustrophobic. They also have two vending machines, one with the usual laundry detergent and softeners. And the other with snacks. Probably wouldn't go back just because I have cheaper options near me. However I didn't experience any problems here.

The carts are too big to get out of the laundromat so I had to go back and forth while I had my car parked at the very opposite end. I think the washing machines did a pretty good job washing my loads for its prices. The drying machines as well. The washing machine prices range from $3.50 the for smallest and $7 for the biggest load. The drying machines are .25¢ for 8 minutes.
