I went here on Yelp to find laundry places that close late and I luckily found this one. I went here an hour before close just to use the dryer but the cleaning lady said that they were already closed even tho there were still 2 customers using the dryer. She said they were closed and that I can't use anything. I would understand if I came in 15 minutes before close. But it was still an hour . I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Thank you to the lady that was there today and helping me. I live in the complex near by and the machines are wishy washy at times, so I decided to visit this location and got everything washed and dried under two hours! I am quite impressed. They do have some machines that are broken but they have every size washing machine you can imagine. And using their washing machines you get free dryer service! That makes it all better and balances out how much I spent there using three different type of machines that has different pricings. I'll definitely come back... thanks again. read more

There is no Apple Pay as someone mentioned on Yelp. It is nice if you're very well stocked with quarters.

Boy oh boy I love this laundromat they offer drop off SERVICES and other machines are new up-to-date. We even offer an app to pay online and scan you QR code to make the machine work. This place is so clean and the machines are all new, most laundry mat are really run down but this is top notch, you have an option of paying with coins or with an app on your phone, you'll be able to add dry time and see when your dryer or washer is done. When you put in $20 they'll give you $5 credit right the way with the app... first 15 mins drying is also free. read more

I chose this spot not for its location, but because the website mentioned that you could use credit cards and Apple Pay. When I got here, every machine had a sticker on it for an app, so of course I downloaded it... only to find out that the app no longer worked. Been coming to this laundry mat for years even before they remodeled and never had any issues till today. My son and I placed all are laundry in one of the bigger washers put are soap in and the price was 9 dollars . Put most of the money in as we got to 2.25 we were getting a coin read error put four more quarters in and same issues. We got ahold of the attandent working there she just pressed the coin release and said to wait. Then 5 minutes later she comes back with 4 dollars in quarters and and starts putting them in and same problem she gives me the 2 dollars change and said sorry not working WTF. then she said the owner shows up whenever and she had no contact information and walked away . No refund and very unprofessional to have a staff there that can't even solve any issues with there washers . read more

I live right across the street from the laundromat. I wash here at least 2 a month with my family. I always spend 40-50 dls everything we wash. But they never have warm water. If you wanna wash heavy soiled clothing take it somewhere else. You'll be Smelling like wet dog after you wash. read more

It's a nice laundry place. The machines were brand new and worked very well when I first started coming here. Now a lot of the machines are out of service. Been like that for a few dryers the last three weeks. Hopefully they get them fixed soon because this place gets BUSY and the wash is kind of expensive. People come for the free dryers but with so many broken, might as well just use the pay dryers to get your laundry done quickly and get out of here. read more

This has been one of the cleanest laundromats I've been to!! It's had every single machine working just about every time I've visited. The owners are very nice and have often given me cold waters while I've waited for my clothes. They also have a small store with personal sized soaps and other laundry essentials. read more

I left an amazing review but I'm back to say that this place is under new management and the laundry that I loved so much is now just like any other laundry's, no more free dryers and washers stayed the same price. I already had a bad experience with my clothes being taken out of dryers by a employee and still wet because I was 4 minutes late and I had my alarm, I don't just leave. It was busy that day and I waited 20mintues standing there waiting for someone to finishing drying and to make it worse there was NO CARTS and I had to transfer my clothes with my basket. I feel like it's a thumb of rule to NOT put personal items or baskets in carts if they are not in use. Very selfish and annoying. read more

NEW OWNERS-- NO MORE FREE DRY + NO MORE PAYMENTS VIA PHONE. Yes, they took down the "Free Dryers for Life" signs lol. I liked coming here because I could pay using my card on the app and the dryers were free with a wash, but now it's like any other crappy laundromat. What's the point of even having machines that are linked to the app system anymore if we can't pay through the app? The facility is generally clean but you could get the same service here anywhere else. I won't be coming anymore. read more

Good service and such a nice place! Perches are reasonable and to be honest I think this is by far the best laundromat I've been to! Super clean and there are bigger washing machines that can fit up to 8 loads! I think it was the owner, but he gave us water while me and my husband were folding laundry! Definitely losing a customer here. At this point might as well go to any other laundry mat, because this place is like any other now. It's under new owners & there is no more free dry. It is already pricey as it is, and now it's just not worth it coming here if there is a free dry. Also, you can't pay with your phone anymore. So this place is just going downhill. I came across Parkside Laundry on Apple Maps and decided to give it a try. When I got there, I was amazed! It was so clean you could eat off the floors! The remodel is gorgeous! No need to bring a bag full of quarters, this laundromat is equipped with the latest technology. Now that I've been to Parkside, I'm never settling for a dirty and sketchy laundromat again!!
