My usual spot was not open to the public today, so I saw this place up the road and decided to check it out. I was not disappointed whatsoever. Pros: -The place is clean and have plenty of folding tables -Machines have customizable cycles, including pre-wash! -Machines wash fast and efficient -Dryers work very well. I divided my laundry among the dryers and $1 did the job! -Very time efficient than other laundromats around the area I highly recommend everybody in the area to check this place out. When I first entered it was a Sunday ( funday ) there was hardly any people there not like the overcrowding you see in some places. Second the amount for some washers was reasonable, there was also a money exchanger. Third I was liking that there's also snack machines. Two things which made me not want to go back is that first there was no more seat covers in the bathroom and second all the dryers charge you 1.75 for 40 minutes of drying but my clothes where still damp. It was super clean, we felt safe with the monitors and cameras rolling the whole time. There was a manager on duty. And the machines all worked, and they were also clean. Here's where the story gets better. I'm a Type One Diabetic. I was there with my husband and we did the usual laundry thing. However, my blood sugar really dropped for some reason. I'm always prepared because I've lived with this condition since I was six years old, so I took out glucose tablets and ate them to get my blood sugar back up and back to normal. Only, guess what? It wasn't working. I told my husband. He didn't want to leave my side, but he also knew I needed more sugar in my system or I was going to pass out and wind up on the floor and have seizures. The manager came by and my husband said, "Is there any way you can watch my wife for a second?" I could hear, even though my perception and movement was off. The manager asked, "What does she need? What's wrong?" "MY wife's a type one diabetic. She took glucose. It's not working. Some juice. A Pepsi, Coke, or something." The manager said, "Be right back! Hold on!" That sweet man came back and as far as I'm concerned, saved my life. He brought back a Pepsi. I was in a brain fog trying to process all that happened, but that's the gist. He wouldn't even accept my husband's offer to pay him back for it. So, if that doesn't deserve a 5 star review, I'm not sure what does. read more

It's nearby the house but so far comfy, there was no one manning the place as it was all monitored but the neighborhood outside can be a little sketchy. We needed to wash from weighted blankets so it was about the only kind of place we thought of that didn't attempt to break our own washing machine and drier. The amount it does ask for per load however doesn't exactly how much we wanted to pay per load, so we used a few more dollars than we expected. I haven't been here in years due to the lack in maintenance, but I decided to come back when I was in the area and saw a sign posted that it was under new ownership. Anyway when I first step in here, I didn't see a big change and doubted the store, but I notice that a lot of the machines had been fixed. There were many laundry and dryers with different loads available. They also had an area to the side where you can purchase mini packets of laundry detergents. There was also a coin exchange machine that I appreciate a lot, bcuz not a lot of people carry coins nowadays. Anyways, as I was doing my business I over heard a lady entered and greeted everyone. She then started offering water to people in the store and also snacks to kids. I'm big on good service, so this really warmed me. This place opens really early and late into the night, so that is a good add on. Though, a thing that drived me off from coming back to this place years ago was because there was a lack of security in this place, but in my recent visit I notice some security officers standing outside. While waiting for the laundry there were things nearby that you could go about to do, it was in a pretty decent plaza, had like; tacos, Chinese food, liquor store, and a market. But if you don't want to leave your load unattended I think they offer WiFi . read more

I recently visited Lincoln laundry @ 3452 w Lincoln Ave in Anaheim by randomly searching for a laundromat. The facility was super clean, prices are inexpensive , and all the machines worked and the dryers were hotter than most facilities I've used in the area. I met the new management staff and they were super nice and helpful, also I saw them installing a AC unit, so with this heat I can only assume that when it gets hot out , this place will be nice and cool to be inside while waiting for my clothes to wash and dry. The manager even gave me a free detergent just because, which I actually I needed to finish the rest of my laundry , so it worked out perfectly! I've been looking for laundromat that can handle uniforms and polos for The company. I usually need things done within 24 to 48 hours from drop off. I'm very happy and honestly grateful I found Lincoln Coin Laundry on the corner of Knott and Lincoln in Anaheim. When my laundry is done, sometimes same day, they call me with an update. It's the little things that matter, and my time is one of them. It's one less thing I have to worry and let's face it who wants to do their own laundry and fold it. I'm very happy that it is very easy and convenient to access Lincoln Coin Laundry on the corner of Knott and Lincoln in Anaheim. I noticed that they have a service that will do your laundry for you and it's as easy as dropping it off and picking it up when its ready. We looked at reviews for what was in the immediate area of Lincoln & Knott and several were very questionable about the cleanliness of the facility, however, due to the proximity to our apartment, we decided to wash here. This laundromat is under new management and we were greeted by a couple of very helpful ladies who showed us around and gave us tips about the washers. We originally washed at the place across the street near the supermarket, however, it was super busy and also much pricier. This facility is super clean, and brand new looking. Aside from the somewhat downtrodden area, you can feel safe here, as it's next to many other busy businesses, a Chinese restaurant, Grocery Outlet, and a gas station. There's also a taco place next door that we want to try and a liquor store next door for munchies while you wait. They even have free WiFi. The machines are clearly labeled and signs help guide you to which machine fits your needs as to the amount of loads and capacity. Everything is simple and easy to read. It's now one of my favorite place to run laundry at the weekend since they had a new owner. Vietnamese I think, some other staffs are Mexican, they look friendly and easy to communicate. A man there helped compute my loads for the most efficiency lol They fixed most of the machines, cleaned the shop and controlled the homeless (I mean no offense but some of them did act wildly in the past ). CHEAP PRICE, a big plus, I got free drying too during their opening week, not sure if that promo is still on. Regardless, a great location (nearby supermarkets and restaurants) and reasonable price. I've been coming here for about 2 years now. I have never had a problem till today and seriously, one of the machines ate $5.50 from me. I called the number on the side of the washer where it says to call if we have a problem with a washer or dryer, no one picks up. It's a google voice number which I think is bs. I'm really frustrated cause that's $5.50!!! I want my money back. It's a joke for no one to be here at this time to help you out.
