The washing machines are programmed from the factory to be high efficiency which do not require a lot of water. We use quarters and cash only.

Does your attendant make sure that customers are social distancing ? During this current look down customers were not leaving to sit in there car while their loads are done. Please know how much I wash there. I would feel safer if all customers fld?

Called…read morethis place up and the gentleman over the phone was extremely nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. Since I had other errands to run, I opted for the wash and fold service. Price seemed reasonable at $2 a pound. They let you bring your own detergent, which is great as I have many allergies to scents in detergents (they do offer detergent as well for various prices at different amounts and offer a scentless option as well, I just felt better bringing my own detergent). They also offer hypoallergenic dryer sheets options. So I decided to give them a try. When entering, the place is clean. Not just clean, it's spotless. The workers don't sit behind the counter, they are on the floor, sweeping, wiping counters and machines down with disinfectant wipes, etc. And other than soap, there is no odor. They keep it CLEAN. There are some sitting areas, an area where laundry baskets on wheels are kept for use, and a dispenser to buy detergent. Machines all have tap menus to pay--if you have cash, you have to get a tap card at the front. No machines here use coins, everything is modernized. If you need help, staff is there to help you with anything you have questions about. I took my laundry pre-sorted in bags to the counter. The gentleman who answered the phone came over and took my information and then weighed my bags. Just shy of $68 for a little over 33 pounds of laundry. Said they would try to be done by end of day but Sundays are busy, so they give 24 hours (which is stated--laundry done within 24 hours, so if you come late or it's super busy, you may not have your things until next morning). I said it's fine, I can come late, morning, or whatever. They took my clothes and my detergent. I got a text saying I would be notified upon completion. Thanked the guy and left to get everything done I had to rush to do. Got a text message a little over 2 hours later that my clothes were already ready! Drove over to pick them up, was greeted by the same gentleman. Everything was folded very nicely and bagged up. They even saved my bags I used for the clothes and kept them alongside my detergent. Everything was labeled nicely and clearly. All I had to do was come in and pick up my clothes, using a laundry basket to wheel them out to my car. I was so impressed with their work that I returned the next day and had my towels washed because my replacement unit was delayed being delivered. I received the same excellent service. If you have an emergency and need your laundry done, either you have a broken unit or have errands to run but need it all done with no way to wait for it yourself, I HIGHLY recommend this place with their wash and fold service. Just note it gets super busy on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The sooner you arrive to drop off, the sooner it can be done. Rates are different for different types of clothes or bedding, so be aware ahead of time checking the signs or calling in advance to ask. I don't know rates if you stay and wash things yourself since I used the wash and fold services.

I had read the reviews before going to her, so I was aware of Coco delivering a day late on alterations. I went in on June 18th to get my dress altered, and Coco told me to come in on July 2nd to pick up my dress. On July 2nd, I actually called her beforehand to confirm that my dress would be ready. She asked me for my dress color and then said to come by any time before 5pm. My dress was not ready. I drove over, and Coco told me that she was still working on my dress. She also mentioned that the person who usually steams all the finished pieces had already left for the day, so she needed an additional day. I was fine with her needing extra time, but I wish she had said that over the phone before I made the drive. I thought that was inconsiderate, especially since I had already been proactive about calling beforehand to confirm that the dress could be picked up. Nonetheless, the alterations turned out nicely. The hem of the dress worked beautifully with the heels I chose, and the tightened shoulder seams made the dress fit much nicer. I felt so confident wearing this dress at my friend's wedding. The hem and shoulder seam adjustments totaled $80. I don't have a frame of reference for the average cost of alterations for formal attire, so I can't tell if it was reasonable. I would definitely recommend getting your clothes in earlier rather than later to accommodate for any potential delays.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Not only is it the nicest laundromat I've ever been to but the list of perks goes on when it comes to accommodating anyone & everyone. - They supply free wifi. - 3 TV's on all the time. - A game room with tons of games for every age. - Vending machines w/ a variety of snacks & drinks. - Plenty of washers in 4 different sizes. - Plenty of dryers in 2 different sizes. - Lots of seating while you wait. - Large spaces to fold laundry. - Enough baskets for everyone to use. - Climate controlled during extreme temperatures. - Typically 2 attendants always on site to assist. The world's BEST laundry stop you could ever stumble upon. Please stop by and support this establishment if you have laundry to do!! I fit my whole laundry bag of clothes into this one washing machine and am able to complete my laundry for a FRACTION of the price! Alongside knowing if something falls on the floor I'm not freaking out. This place is immensely clean, welcoming, and delightful as can be. I was unsure of how much I could actually load and Sylvia helped me get my clothes done for even cheaper; alongside making sure I knew how to utilize the machines without feeling uncomfortable! The CLEANEST laundromat in town! I have been driving 20 minutes every week to do my laundry here. The machines look like new, and my clothes always come out CLEAN! There are many laundromats near my neighborhood, but it is so worth the drive to come here. If you go to the wrong laundromat, you will find dirty machines that eat up your money. Some laundromats never clean the machines, in which the rust and mold ends up on your clothes....GROSS! I've had to throw some new clothes away, due to the staining! However, this laundromat is different! There is always someone keeping the machines clean and answering your questions! Additionally, they have many high tech vending machines (i.e., ice cream, snacks, drinks) and a game room!!! The only downside is that it can get pretty busy on the weekends. TONIGHT is my very first time coming to Laundry For Less in Commonwealth Buena Park California. I called the location to figure out if there hours are same as what I saw when I go on Google to look up laundrymat that's still open nearby. I also on there web page a paragraph catches my eyes as well it says " if you CHECK IN on Google or yelp as a NEW CUSTOMER,you get a free dry! But my favorite is the ultimate big punch deluxe!.. They always have a clean restroom and restocked soap or whatever you need! Does anybody really care? This Guy is making money off you and me, so he lost a customer or two because of the hired help, the heat, it's too small, not enough machines, bad parking, tight walkway, small tables, people doing their nails, not enough chairs, broken chairs. I go to Laundry for Less every week and the place is always clean, and attendants are always on top of things, making sure the customer is satisfied. Machines are in good condition, well maintained. You can enjoy a snack or hit the play room while you wait for your laundry to be done. Attendants are helpful but I really find Silvia super helpful always keeping the place clean and organized. I have never been more comfortable in such a new environment for me and the prices were the best I could come to. This is the first time I come to this place. I was in need of washing my large comforters. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this place was. We were helped by Richard who is the attendant here. He keeps the washing machines very clean. The price is reasonable. You have to use quarters to wash but they have an ATM and change to coin machine. There are vending machines and an area where you can relax in massage chairs and a couch. I will definitely come back here. read more

I had an issue using some of the machines while paying with the PayRange app earlier and the associate helped us out with requesting a refund but we also had another issue but the associate had given me the owner's phone number and we had gotten the issue resolved in a quick fix. Came here because the original place I go to was closed and needed my comforter cleaned after my puppy had an accident on it late at night. I do have to give them an extra star due to them being open late but this pace is dirty, people washing are dirty. Dryer ripped my comforter. Dryers don't work, took almost 2 hours to dry my comforter. WOULD NOT recommend coming here. read more

They are really less expensive than other laundries. They have more of the large machines which I need and the place is kept very clean. I have been to other laundromats only to have my clothes ruined by a dirty machine. They take care of the machines continuously. I hate doing laundry!!! They do not have too much of a folding area, very limited. Again, it is kept clean. Also, I did see they can wash and fold for a price. I do want to update my review in regards the dryers... I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry. So maybe look into fixing dryers or getting new ones.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I brought clean household mats that my cats use. They…read morewere not soiled with urine or feces, and there was no visible contamination. Instead of politely explaining the laundromat's policy, an employee spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner, called another employee over, threatened to call the police, and told me I would never be allowed to return. If the business has a policy regarding pet-related items, they have every right to explain it. However, customers should always be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I left feeling humiliated by the way I was treated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this laundromat based on my experience.

Like sir it's ur job to help when the machine ain't working . Never again coming here especially when the employees have attitude. I recommend going to Sea Breeze Laundromat (it's also 24 hours ) . The lady there is nice and doesn't get mad when you ask for help cuz the machine isn't working .

This laundromat is not only the cleanest, but the most communicative. The signs are posted everywhere around the laundromat stating that there is an authorization charge when using cards to pay for your loads. I am a seasoned laundromat veteran and has been on a hunt for the best laundromat in the area and this is THE ONE!! Pros: --Great clean and powerful Continental machines. They might look small. However, the $5.75 ones was able to accommodate six loads including sheets, towels, and clothes. Yet, there was enough room for the water to tumble around and clean the clothes efficiently. --Customizable settings. They have super wash settings and you can personalized your cycle by choosing an extra rinse, spin, or wash cycle! --Dryers are excellent too! They have the best rates in this area when it comes to the dryer. Definitely a must because a lot of laundromats scam you when it comes to that. --Cleanliness This place is SUPER CLEAN! I am so impressed that they take the time to deep clean their machines. They have to maintain their equipment well because they run a laundry service I love this place. It is going to be my go-to laundry place from now on. I have my own setup at home, but doing massive loads at once helps me save more time! You have to be weary of your surroundings. When you're inside, it is super safe and efficient!

The lady attendant is always there so if you need help just ask. I found it on yelp since I need a place that takes debit card since I berely use cash. Most washers have the card option and dryers do as well. Parking lot is well taken care of . Note that they do have a full laundry service if you need that. Prices start at 3.75 for the smallest washer and go up based on size. Will definitely return.
