I have used Keratin extensions for over 20 years and have never had this happen. Her application technique appears rushed and diluted; the bonds fell out far earlier than they should have, likely due to minimal adhesive and reduced service time--both of which seem designed to maximize her profit, not the client's satisfaction. Because my hair was now too short for Keratin (as a direct result of her poor handling), Christie convinced me to purchase weft extensions. What she failed to disclose was that these wefts are bought at cost from her brother-in-law--a clear conflict of interest that was never communicated to me. Instead, she charged me a 150% markup for thin, poor-quality hair that was see-through and visibly inadequate. This lack of transparency isn't just unethical; it's appalling.
