I showed the stylist a picture of the digital perm I wanted but my hair did not turn out to look anything like the picture even after drying and styling. The picture was from the stylist page so I knew they had done it before. I wanted a loose digital perm but my curls ended up looking a lot tighter than in the original photo. Also I had a root perm done but it provided little to no volume and the top of my head came out flat. My perm is super frizzy and I would not go again for the amount I paid. Also the layered haircut is not blended and is choppy. There's about a 2-3 inch difference from the shortest layer to the longest layer. The stylist did have good service and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Overall I would not go again due to how my perm turned out and for the lack of communication. read more

Amazing hair done by Mina. I have been looking for Korean digital perm for so long and I read most of the review from Hairgram, I decide to do it with my daughter (she is 5.5). The price is a little bit pricey but I think it's worth it. I love her customer service, she gave me recommendations for me and my daughter hair and I totally trust her. And it turned out really good. I love how natural the curve and how soft my hair is. She showed me how to take care my hair and my daughter hair at home. This review is long overdue. I got my hair permed by Mina on November 1st. It's January 11th, and my hair still looks fantastic. It's a lot of work to maintain the perm. I still can't achieve the twisting and blowing technique to get my hair to look the same as how Mina had styled for me. However, I sprayed water on my hair, added hair oil, and then moose. I used the diffuser and flipped my hair upside down while doing it. My hair turned out great. The perm also held my curls well when I did the overnight curl with socks. I love it! I totally recommend Mina. I'm going to book another appointment for hair color, probably next month. I can't wait. Choose Mina if you want amazing-looking hair. read more

Yesterday I had the joy of getting my hair cut and colored by the talented Mina! I can say she will not disappoint you. Her hair salon was cute & easily accessible. When I arrived she was finishing up on a digital perm, so she offered me up a chair inside the salon. Having three chairs inside blew me away! The space was so inviting. Mina finished up on her client quickly (no fault of hers I try to always show up early). She was promptly at my chair in no time. If I could leave 6/5 stars, I would!!! I have been dying my hair with bubble dye for 3 years now from my natural Asian dark brown to a lighter milk tea brown. I went into Hairgram to get it dyed back to its natural black and I was very adamant about how I wanted it to look natural. I also got a haircut and styling. The owner did an FANTASTIC job and was such a sweetie. Super natural and the dye has lasted me all throughout my trip to Mexico. I made a last minute appointment because my hair felt so heavy and I wanted to get it cleaned up. I had long straight hair and asked Mina to cut off two inches and asked for layers. She asked if I had a photo and I said I did not but thought what I wanted was simple. Some layers around the face, trim a couple inches and clean it up so it wasn't so heavy. She completely botched the front of my hair with huge chunks that were chin length, so short I can't even put my hair in a ponytail. The back of the hair, she cut off several inches. I had to tell her to stop cutting because she has cut off so much. She felt bad and we had chalked it up to miscommunication. She stopped cutting but did style it and she also did not charge me (because she knew how unhappy i was). A immediately texted my normal hair person who said she would get me in to clean it up in a few days. She confirmed how badly cut the haircut was. The hair was completely uneven, and she also couldn't understand why the "layers" were all one length. When I got to the space (inside Sola Salons), she was so sweet and accommodating right off the bat. I am so happy with my haircut! I walked in and there was one other client already in the other chair but Mina's attention was fully on me as soon as I walked in for my scheduled appointment. She washed, cut, and styled my hair all within 40 minutes. I showed her my inspiration pictures and let her know I was ready for a big cut. I came in with hair length down to my waist and wanted shoulder length hair with curtain bangs and face framing layers.
