Kenneth was wonderful!! I requested an appointment for him to replace the existing recessed lights in my home with LED recessed lights that I had purchased. He arrived right on time (and was wearing a mask, since we're still in the middle of COVID), was very professional and friendly, and even gave me some good advice while doing the installation. Wow! Kenny was recommended to me from another resident in my building here in DC and I am SO happy I asked that person. Kenny came out, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I explained that I was having an issue with an outlet in the spare room. Kenny checked it out and discovered the issue was less obvious. Most of my outlets were getting less than full power. He took the time to check each outlet and fixture, tracing the issue to a broken wire in another room. The repair required him to break some plaster but the break was minimal to accommodate the repair and he was very thorough and neat. BTW, all my outlets are working properly - I did not need a new PC or half a dozen other appliances I thought were slowly dying. Where do I begin?? After an inspection of a home I have listed for sale, I needed an electrician like, the day before. Upon emailing your company, Kenny phoned me back promptly and met me at the property within a couple of hours. He was very professional from the get-go and proceeded to jump in to diagnose and address the issue. But, what I appreciated more, was how he kept the homeowner and myself abreast of the situation and explained his findings on our level to where we could understand. I first met Mr. Kenneth Muschette about two years when I was thinking of getting cameras installed on my property. I decided against the project at the time but kept his number because I was very impressed with this young man's demeanor. He was professional and very knowledgeable. This year I had a list of electrical projects (relocate a ceiling fan, install multiple electrical outlets inside and out, put electricity in my tool shed, add a three-way switch, a light in my furnace room, and replace under cabinet lights in my kitchen) that I was eager to complete and I looked up Mr. Muschette who was still in business. Once again he came to my home discussed my project, made a note of everything, and emailed an estimate a few days later. The job was a two-day project which he started on August 3 and completed on August 4, 2017. Kenny is a licensed professional who puts in a full days work with one hour for lunch. He was on time both days, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and had no problem sharing information. Electrical work is a serious matter and Kenny is concerned with legality and doing the job right. He brought issues to my attention and uncovered and corrected electrical work done by others. He was a referral by my home warranty company and I was so impressed with him calling to schedule a time to come out and actually arriving ON TIME to address my concern, I have solicited his services for all other electrical matters I've needed. He performed a very CLEAN installation for recessed lighting without me having to hire someone else for drywall and painting. He covered everything with plastic sheets and cleaned up after himself.
