Most recently Cass and Nathan were here to install a wireless rain detection device. While on site, they adjusted spray head coverage as we requested, and installed a special back-flow valve to prevent a downhill spray head from draining the uphill line into unwanted puddles. The manager said she would tell them to finish up. At 1:20 the crew told me they were done. Jairo was the salesman and he told me the control systems would be located in my garage. One was placed on the ground next to an electrical outlet. I had used Aquabright 6 years ago and was very pleased. They clearly are just out to take your money now. Not an honest company. I have not heard from the company but have twice been emailed a bill from Aqua-Bright. I will never use this company again.

After spending our first summer at our new house with fresh new sod, we determined we needed a…read moresprinkler system. We spent that first summer moving an old-fashioned sprinkler head connected to our hose from place to place in trying to save our grass... it just wasn't a long term solution. After researching different sprinkler companies and getting different quotes, we decided to go with LC Sprinklers and Lighting. The owner, Luis, gave us a reasonable quote (comparable to others that we got), but he won us over with his knowledge of irrigation systems and his professionalism. He was responsive and patient with us in answering our questions as we had never owned a sprinkler system before. On installation day, Luis and his team installed the sprinkler system in one day! While we were nervous as to how our yard would look after being opened up for the installation, Luis and team did a great job putting it back together (see picture). After the installation, Luis did a walk through with us to explain the sprinkler system and how to run it with our phones. He was patient with us as we navigated the sprinkler remote app and asked a number of questions. We highly recommend LC Sprinklers and Lighting. Luis runs a great business!

Jose came out to do a spring restart on my sprinkler system and initially everything was fine,…read moreexcept one of the sprinkler heads wouldn't shut off after he left. I think it might've even been left on for several hours since it was in the backyard and I was working. Seems like he didn't do a very thorough check of things - as most spring restarts Ive had done aren't done in like 20 mins... So I call him and text him that night expecting to get to get a response the next day, which I do and he says he will be by the following afternoon. I ask what time and he says 4pm. He doesn't show and I text at 6pm asking if he's coming. Nothing. He calls me the next day at 9pm saying his phone fell into excavator? Okay whatever - convenient story. He shows back up the following day with another guy - they spend maybe 45 mins replacing a valve and fixes the back sprinkler. He then charges me more than double the original price for the restart. Which makes no sense. He basically messed up the restart and then charged me extra. Dude is not straight up. Don't use them unless you wanna get fleeced and bs'd.
