Balls and decor

I've been to a few bowling alleys and it usually feels like a time warp because they're last renovation was 30 years ago. Not this place. It's pretty modern and well kept. The menu is simple for foods. Typical alley fare. Same with the bar. The staff seem to enjoy their job and it definitely helps for a fun bowling atmosphere. 10/10 would return

Always fun games available to play in the arcade. Love shooting hoops and racing cars! They even have a pool table and air hockey near the bar which serves very good drinks and apps. Friendly staff. You could enjoy yourself even without bowling here! Def a great hang.

They did it again! We had our (what has now become) annual Christmas party, and this place never disappoints. Everything was smooth, and when it wasn't, the manager Marisa, took care of things quickly and professionally! The place was clean, all of the staff (including the security guy, in freezing weather out front), was very nice. Special props to our server, Mariah, who was totally on top of making sure that our every need was met. The food came out hot, the drinks were labeled, so we could identify Pepsi from root beer and sprite from water. She even did a check on when we'd like dessert served. I mean she was so attentive ... she pulled at least 1 additional Michelin star for her service. The food was surprisingly tasty for a bowling alley, and everything was served with such care. Even the presentation surrounding the food, was nice. We loved the lighted alphabets identifying our party! So now, after 2 years, it's a thing ... I give this spot high elevation and with the 45 minute trip thst it took to get there in the rain, was worth it! Thank you, Fam!

Wrong scores.

The family and I went there and paid for 3 games. A couple minutes in and both lanes started resetting pins, giving inaccurate scores, and shutting down all together. The manager tried fixing it as other workers were fixing other lanes for other bowlers. They gave us free food as a nice gesture, but the bowling lanes even after switching still had problems. We left after crawling to the end of our first game. They gave us half our money back. Manager did the right thing which is why I gave 2 stars.

Brand new bowling ball after 3 game. No bueno!!!!

Place is so rough on bowling ball. Would not use anything I care about at this bowling alley.

I like this house

Ask the Community - AMF Pinole Valley Lanes

If we have a 11 year old birthday party of about 10 kids + a few parents, can we bring our own drinks, appetizers, cake, party decorations?

AMF pinole valley lanes does not allow outside food or drinks. You are allowed to bring party decorations and a cake but unfortunately you aren't allowed to bring your own drinks and appetizers. I would recommended reserving a lane online instead of…

Man, what happened?…read more I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in years, it's crazy to me as an old fan of the place to see how much it has changed. The pricing is insanely ridiculous with how much it is for 4 people including food being up to almost $70. You could buy a whole Nintendo Switch game with that. Then there was the wait for our pizza, it took a long time for it to come over until there was somehow a mixup between ours and someone else's order which just so happened to be the same exact pizza. However, ours was cut very weirdly and not even cut all the way through. The games left some room to be desired since most of the stuff you could find in any other arcade, and I'm pretty sure some of the little kids there aren't old enough to know how Guitar Hero works. Also no animatronics kind of made the place lose a huge core of its identity. And apparently you can only use the cards at the same location from what I've heard. What happened to tokens and actual tickets you'd collect? Some of the employees kind of looked like they didn't want to be there, like someone at the trampoline area looked bored out of her mind. Overall, most likely never coming back here.

Ok to be honest, we had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese and here's why! This is the second time…read morewe've been to this specific location in Pinole, this go-around with our own kiddo :) While I can't speak for every location, Pinole's is clean and well-kept. Service was quick and smooth, also the staff was incredibly helpful as there are so many options walking in and looking at the entertainment and food menu. Will you spend a decent amount of money? Yes. Will you regret it? We didn't. I think going to spots like Chuck E. Cheese there is just an unwritten law that your wallet mentally and physically abides by before entering. We went with '30 points' or 'taps' to start vs. paying for an unlimited 30 minutes..and even that was a decent amount for a toddler. We also purchased a medium cheese pizza, and drinks for the kiddo (and us!) I love that if a parent would like an adult bevvy, they most certainly can. There is also an option to pay for adventure land, which we noticed a few groups coming in to pay for by itself ~ we had just come from a similar spot, so we decided to skip that for now. Great to know it's there though! Essentially $12 and some change for (kids under 56″) to enjoy indoor play like slides/trampoline, etc. There is supervision by a staff member, no adults allowed in that area. For the smaller kiddos, there is a separate area we spent most of our time in. The mascot came out a few times to interact with the kiddos and that was an exciting time for all, maybe once every 30 minutes or so. As parents, we were able to enjoy some games as well which was fun. And to be honest, the pizza was pretty solid. No complaints from anyone in that department. Towards the end of our visit, we grabbed a few photo sketches from a machine as keepsakes for the refrigerator. We also were able to grab a few fun items with our tickets before exiting. All in all, I think we came and we conquered. Will we come back tomorrow? No. But is Chuck E. Cheese an option for a future winter rainy day for indoor play? Sure, why not!

It shows a complete lack of respect for the people who live in the surrounding neighborhood--especially those who have to wake up early for work and families with young children who deserve a peaceful night's sleep. Beyond the constant noise, the late-night chaos has made the area feel unsafe. No one should have to worry about disruptive or reckless behavior just to get through the night in their own home. Being a good neighbor means respecting the community around you, and unfortunately that doesn't seem to be happening here. I sincerely hope management takes responsibility for what goes on around their establishment, because the current situation is unacceptable.

I've planned and managed several Marketing events, so I can vouch that the team at Owl Vision is bar none. From lighting to sound to general aesthetic / atmosphere, Owl Vision made our backyard wedding come to life in ways I never imagined. The team did multiple site visits to ensure that we were set up properly with power and that they could provide exactly what we needed (and more) for both the aesthetic, but also for the coordinating team, bartenders, and catering team. Owl Vision worked with our vendors throughout the process, so we didn't even have to coordinate things like arrival times and timelines. The team worked with us so personally days before the event, setting up and customizing the lighting and sound to make sure it reflected our vision. We ran several test runs at dusk and in the evening with them. When our vineyard lights didn't dim, David (owner of Owl Vision) went out and personally picked up dimmers at the store days before our event. During our wedding, we had 4 tea, members running our event: a manager, an MC, a DJ, and a lighting designer. I cannot speak highly enough of this team, who worked in the background to run the reception perfectly. Their setup was not intrusive and they were working efficiently in the background with our coordinator to monitor the timeline. We, as a couple, are big into music and were very nervous about how the night would turn out for us and our family / friends. DJ Tav Tal played exactly what we had hoped for and even accommodated all of our last-minute requests as the night evolved. The team stayed well beyond contract and even helped us turn our wedding into a silent disco. Owl Vision management stayed to make sure the silent disco was working (until well after midnight) and then arrived promptly at 10:00am the next morning to clean up. If you are looking to host an event, no matter what the occasion, do not sleep on Owl Vision. I underestimated how much lighting can transform an event and I feel so lucky to have worked with the incredible team who K N O W S LIGHTS AND MUSIC. Guests continue to rave to me about how special the atmosphere was at our event, predominantly due to Owl Vision's excellent work.
