Lost - $480 dollars I was told , "this is lifetime warranty " anything happens to tint to come back and they will repair free of charge . Unfortunately, they can't keep their word. I called and spoke to an employee who told me to contact the manager . To which he provided his phone number. I called , and no answer ... I left a voicemail and text ... and no response... Updated Today is hot day. I feel like the tint is not helping at all. I dont know what brand they really use for my tint. May be they put cheap tint and tell me it was 3M brand. I am not sure at all but the tint is not helping at all. The job overall is good. I am on 3rd day of curing process. Have not touch the tinted window yet. The rear seat I do 5% which helps reducing the heat from sun significantly. The front I do 50% and windshield is 70%, but cannot feel much different than before. Front windshield I can notice significantly glare at night which is not good. I was quote $480 for 3M IR ceramic film for whole car including sunroof. But when I arrived at the shop, the owner told me If I want to do front windshield legal limit, it has to be $100 extra. He should told me before I decided to there. When I asked for the receipt, he did not give me one, he said he has my information in the system from the phone number. I just want to know that he installed 3M Ir ceramic tint for my car. Lets see if there is no bubbles/peeling. So for ok job! read more

Same day service, went with 20% grade tint, and was told that I could come back if there are any issues with tint for whatever reason. 48 hours is the amount of time needed for it to cure. I the entire front windshield tinted for a fair price, and was told it's ceramic tint. Got my car serviced in less than 1 hour. read more

I am going to be as impartial in this review as possible. I thought of making a review immediately, but waited a while to cool down before writing an honest review. I live in Northridge and saw the reviews and it was very promising! I drove over to Sunland and the shop was located in a small area that contained a lot of other auto/body businesses. I pulled up and negotiated with the manager(the owner is a bigger man, and I believe his manager/son is the tall slim individual). We negotiated on $700 for ceramic tint for all the windows on my Tesla Model 3. I paid in cash and was told that it would take 2 hours, so I went to the Starbucks across the street. It was ~10:50am when they took in the car and I returned at ~1:00pm. The car was sitting in their booth, but there was no one working on the car. I assumed that they were finished with the car and were cleaning up, so I went back to the Starbucks. I came back at 2:30 and the car was being worked on. I sat at the front where they have a bench and the car was finally ready at 3:24pm. (I have all the time stamps). To me, this was an unacceptable amount of time spent on the job for the quality of the application. As I was driving home, I immediately noticed stains on the top liner, A-pillars, rear seat liner, dash board, panel leading to the speakers, rear seats, pretty much where ever the tint was applied, there was residue that dripped. I was really contemplating on writing a review at this point due to the sloppy clean up job, but I reserved myself and decided that I could clean it myself. I contacted Gary, the owner, about how the cleanup job undoubtedly lacked attention to detail and he apologized and requested that I return to get it cleaned up on them. I was not going to return, BUT I noticed a zipper crease right in the middle of the field of vision on the driver side. Zipper creases will typically not "dry up" or disappear. Zipper creases are simple creases of the film on itself. So I returned to get the tint redone because of this zipper crease(uploaded in the pictures). The son met me outside, and he let me know that it would take an hour, and this time, it really did take one hour. The zipper crease was gone, and he also cleaned up the residue that remained. End of story right? No. I parked my car in the sun to have any remaining water dry between the tint and the glass, as they instructed. This time, a finger bubble at the bottom of the windshield appeared. I used my finger to press down on this bubble, but it returned. I went back yet again, and the son used a squeegee to lay down the finger bubble and I asked "what will we do if the finger bubble returns?" and he responded with "that won't happen." So I left again, and two days later, the finger bubble returned and at this point I requested a partial refund for the front windshield and for a removal. I was thinking to myself, that it is futile to have the front windshield tinted at this point. Gary asked for me to return and let me know that he would compensate for the gas spent for traveling. (he did not). So I went back for the fourth time. Initially, Gary brought out the squeegee and laid the tint down once again and said that it was all fixed. 30 seconds later, the finger bubble unstuck and that's when they took the car back into the booth. They used the heat gun this time and the finger bubble was gone. He let me know that if I ever have another car to tint, to bring in the car and that he would give me a great deal. I will not be returning. In summary, I returned 4 times, drove a total of 144 miles (192 minutes) back and fourth from Northridge to Sunland, spent 5 hours waiting for the tint, and STILL have many visible flaws in the tint. At the end of the day, I really hope that others are able to receive better service and better quality of tint, due to my experiences and this review. Please do better. read more

Update: I went back to the shop and Gary was there to welcome me. He's apologetic and offered a full refund. He further explained the differences between different tints and with regards to how 3M selects authorized dealers. He tested and measured each tint. It turns out that 3M was installed. I returned the money and he gave me a receipt to show that 3M ceramic IR was installed. At least, with a receipt, it gives me legitimacy that I got the correct tint in my car. He also gave a partial refund for the inconvenience. As a customer, you want to make sure you are getting what you paid for. I guess it was a miscommunication and was expecting more from 3M since they are more expensive compared to other brands. Today, I learned that 3M and Llumar are very comparable but Llumar has a slight advantage with IR rejection. read more

I got the ceramic tinting. I was going to get the cheaper one but I've gotten sick from the heat. Gary took about 2 hours to put the window tinting on. I sat at Starbucks across the street. He called me when he was done. I saw bubbles in the front window as I left and I turned around and went back. He assured me they would disappear and they did.
