The cost for services rendered was competitive and when the warranty duration for it was explained, it became a no-brainer. He made it easy to schedule my vehicle's visit to the facility. On arrival, the experience was smooth. The requested service for my vehicle was performed with pure excellence. He saved me after the previous installer just couldn't get it done. ------- If you look at my reviews, I'm not an easy customer. Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. I've had it for almost 2 months now and it brings me nothing but pure joy. That joy is worth every penny I spent. Not a feeling that's easy to get these days.

Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. I appreciated the repair and timeliness, and also good value. Thanks Aren!

He's been telling me that the scar cannot be removed and you will still see it. What is the point to fix it then? He charged me $145 for one small little chip ( including his travel fee) when he doesn't even have a shop anyway. I told him that I am not happy about the results, but HE SAID HE IS SO HAPPY ABOUT IT. HE WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. I guess He doesn't care about the customers, but only his feelings. He offered me to clean windows with special tools, but you will be disappointed. Totally NOT WORTH IT. I just got ripped off. I have to look for another repair shop for sure.

I was going to get regular but ceramic sounded better so I went with that. It's more private for me now with the darker tints. They're located right next to a car wash so it was convenient for me to also get my car washed after. Overall everything went well. read more

Dropped off my car for 1.5h and got the windshield, 2 front, 2 rear, and rear window tinted ceramic. They're a block away from the Burbank Tesla Service Center and was told they're very experienced with them - glad I stumbled upon GTA. It also shares property with a car wash and is located on the corner which made it easy to find. Shopping isn't too far if you want to take a nice stroll during your wait - I decided to leave and come back because it was way too hot that day. One downside is there was some film left over in my backseat, but the quality and look of the tint outshine that. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tint in the future!

I got ceramic tint on my front windows, and they seamlessly matched the shade to the existing tint on my back windows. The result looks so clean and professional. Their facility is also super clean and classy, and you can tell they take pride in their work. One small detail that I really appreciated: they put a little sticker on my window buttons reminding me not to roll the windows down. As forgetful as I am, I absolutely would have accidentally rolled them down, so that little extra touch is appreciated! I attached some photos of my GLC 300 so you can see the finished result.
