The person I spoke through went over pricing and options with me, and we were able to schedule an appointment within that same week. My main reason for wanting tinted windows was to block out UV rays, so I went with their ceramic IR option. Mary at the office helped me decide on my darkness percentage, going over what to expect with each level. I went with 50% for the front windshield and 35% for my front two windows since those shades are considered the "safer" options legally. The Windows Tinting has been my family's go-to tint shop for the past three years. Of the four cars we've brought here, none of them have bubbled, but there's always a problem with either their service or pricing. The employees who apply the tints aren't good about cleaning up after themselves. They leave excess tint in our cars and water on the doors/seats. During my most recent visit, the employee who quoted me artificially raised prices so it would seem like I was getting a Black Friday discount. I only found out about this because a different employee was helping me when I came in and we were talking about prices for their warranty. The Windows Tinting does quality work, but at the end of the day, I need a shop I can trust. I'm familiar with the company, so I really hate to go somewhere else, but I'll be looking for a different tint shop next time I get a new car. read more

Was looking for a local tint shop that had good reviews use decent products and wasn't a flyby night shop. The shop explained the differences of the brands they carried and the difference is between ceramic and non. Since I already did my homework I knew what I wanted . After a car wash left some residue on my tint, I tired to clean it but then it started to 'smear', but then I realized it was actually a layer of actual tint that was coming off after however many years. Knowing I can't stand my truck looking like crap, I immediately looked online to whom could fix it the fastest and I made an online appt for the next morning (on a Sunday) as soon as they opened! Since I was only getting the damaged tint redone, they did it in approx :30 minutes. Now to leave my windows up for 3 days for it to set. The rest of my tint is also older and I have been wanting it re-tinted to remove scratches, etc., but didn't have that time today, but I'll be back. No matter how many e-forms you fill out for them, the info never seems to retain, so having to reenter that was a pita, but not a deal breaker. Cash is king here. read more

Was going to go with a mobile tint company but with all the smoke and ash from the Eaton fire in my area I was a little worried about it affecting it. Found this one tint shop that was highly rated and I am glad that I did! Mary was very communicative from start to finish and gave me a great price for ceramic tint on my Tesla Highland. She was super friendly and helpful! Large operation with not only automobile window tinting but also business and residential and they also offer ceramic car wraps and other services. I was a bit nervous to not wanting to go too dark - with Mary's help we went with ceramic tint 35% side windows and 25% backs and rear. It was perfect! Provided enough privacy, heat protections and easy to still see out of from inside the car! I think I will return to tint the front window 50% that I saw a lot of other cars were doing with ceramic to stop the infrared rays and heat in the car. They have a lot of technicians and a nice large waiting room with restroom, snack machine, pool table, WiFi and tv. There is also a McDonald's right next door. Their facility is large and clean with a lot of inventory and lots of cars they are working on! They provided the "do not roll down window" stickers on the window controls and I did not roll down for 4 days. Windows were free of any bubbles etc and looked sharp! Would highly recommend them. I may be back to have my brake calipers painter here too! They have a large selection of 3M tint, wraps plus other IR ceramic to select from. Would also recommend Ubering to the nearby rise & shine western themed cafe in sun valley for a great breakfast or meal while waiting. It made a perfect morning in the area . My Tesla took about 3 hours to complete. Recommend to bring cash to pay to avoid the credit card fees - a much better deal. Ask for mary! Super sweet gal! read more

This place has a great deal on Groupon right now. I was quoted $100 for a monthly detail membership which is well below the price of one full interior&exterior detail. The customer service was super awesome, the ladies up front are kind and hard working. They walked me in to the waiting lobby/lounge and upon me inquiring during my wait time they walked off to personally find my vehicle. Experience was great came in the same day after i requested a quote and retinted some windows that were previously of a lot lighter tint, I got a deal for removal of old film + 25% 3M Ceramic IR film, I wanted the film to match the factory rear glass and it ended up being almost an exact match on the lighter side on some angles but thats due to the windshield being 80%. They took approximately 3 hours to finish removing and applying new tint which was acceptable. read more

Kinda disappointed this place didn't turn out as I expected so many people recommended this spot. I made a appointment for 5 PM got off work early got there at 4:20 and checked in. At about 5:30 I came out of the waiting room to see the progress to find my truck still sitting in the lot mind you the receptionist told me I'd be out the door by 6. After that one of the workers came out and told me even if I was there early my car wouldn't get started till 5, dumb argument cause at that point it was 5:25 car was still in the lot. I called shared my experience and was told I would get a call back to see what they could do. Never got a call back. I understand being busy how ever that is not my problem my appointment was at 5 and that's when my car should have been started. Being over booked is 100% on the company not customer. Ended up just asking for my keys back when the girl told me at 5:30 my car would be started in 20 minutes . Making the start time 6:50 . These wonderful, caring people deserve far more than five stars for the excellent service at a great price that they provided to us when I brought an older friend there to have the old degrading window tinting removed from his old 1990s era Camry. Due to the degraded window film, he was having much trouble seeing out of his windows and it was becoming a major safety concern. Since friendly people actually answer the phone and the business has great hours, it was a pleasure setting up the appointment. There was a comfortable waiting room to wait in while the film was removed from his windows and we enjoyed seeing the other work that is done at this business such as car wraps in beautiful colors. There were several happy repeat customers in the waiting room which is always a good sign for a business. The technicians did an amazing job of removing the film and my friend now has perfectly clear visibility out his windows.
