I got my 4 windows tinted in 2020. 5 years later I had only one window needing to be fixed. I had the best customer service experience and will continue to recommend Al & Ed's for any future window tint repairs. They were super helpful and very knowledgeable. Although prices are a bit expensive it's so worth it, I didn't have any issues until years later and when I spoke with them they were able to resolve my issues with no problems. I just had an Apple Car Play stereo installed in my 2019 Dodge ProMaster 3500 van. Everything about the experience was professional and easy. Ruben chose the perfect unit and replacement speakers, and the service was fast and perfectly done. It looks like a factory install, and they even perfectly matched the plastic bezel around the unit to the exact type that was already there. All of the controls in the steering wheel as well as the back up camera still work perfectly with the new Pioneer unit. The job was completed in less than 3 hours. The radio in my Kia Soul just died a few months ago, and this place came highly recommended. Unfortunately, the work they did on my car did not live up to the hype. I was greeted warmly when I entered the shop, and we went to my car so the gentleman could take a look at it. We then went back into the shop, and he showed me my options. I selected a radio, and he asked me if I wanted to be able to control the radio from my steering wheel, and I said that wasn't necessary. He also said that with the new radio, it would link to my phone, so I could see Google Maps, for instance, on the screen when driving. He said they would get started right away, and would text me when finished. When I got the text and went back over, I saw that my CD player had been removed, replaced by the screen and radio I had selected. That was a big issue, as I still have CDs I listen to in the car, and now no longer have that ability. I also found it strange that he asked if I wanted to be able to control the vehicle from my steering wheel, but didn't ask if I wanted to keep my CD player. I had no idea that the CD player would be removed to accommodate the radio. Also, as you can see from the photos, even if I wanted to use Sirius or sign up for a subscription, that's not possible, as the option doesn't even illuminate on the screen. So if I click on it, nothing happens. The only thing I really have access to is Bluetooth, Radio, and Settings. Photos attached. Also, I can link up my phone to Bluetooth to take calls in the car or have my phone dictate directions to me, but it does not illuminate on my screen as promised. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I feel that promises were made that were not kept, and I was not given all the information so as to make an informed decision (i.e., choosing a different radio so I could keep my CD player). The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because customer service was friendly, and I do now have a radio, so that's good, I guess? read more

When I communicated with the vendor, I thought we had agreed on tinting the four passenger windows and the full rear window and fixed the price but when I went there for the appointment, he mentioned that he was only going to tint 30% of the rear window. I guess communication could have been better. Luckily this was close to where I live to it's was a quick trip back home. I purchased the radio separately and they did the work with no fuss and for a very reasonable price. Even when it seemed like the radio wasn't going to fit, they went above and beyond to get it in and were more concerned with how it would look in the car then I was. I just wanted it to work lol. Unbelievable that the new F150s don't come with front sensors. Ridiculous for the price of these vehicles. Ford wanted to charge me $1400 for audio sensors only. Had the speakers in my car changed by them. The person I talked to didn't really try to understand what I needed.. I tried to explain it twice. They ended up pushing me alpine speakers ( assured me they'd sound great ) set that doesn't seem to improve the sound in my car at all I gave it three weeks to break in - not much of the improvement ! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone I really hoped for their competence and professionalism. But unfortunately it was not the case! read more

I am so obsessed. I forgot to get before pics so I found the picture I had from the first day I got my car. My boo looks 10x's better with tint, I'm just so happy! They finished in under 2.5 hours from when I walked out of the shop. The guys were great and kind. I believe there was also a woman doing tint on a different car at the time of my pick up so, YAAASSSS to that! I didn't want to Uber back home so I walked to a nearby park to wait for the bulk of the time. There is a couple of chairs outside of the shop to sit, a bakery across the street and a couple of food spots. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my 20% all around. They did a great job with my ceramic tint with one exception. The right rear passenger window showed a few spots with debris after it dried. Dude over the phone was super nice and told me honestly that if the interface allows me to watch moving video on my head unit screen then the manager there is super by the book and won't install it. For legal reasons. I was more installing it so that I could actually see Google maps on my factory screen so I'm not looking down at my phone but I totally understand what this guy is talking about. I don't know whether or not this is Volvo's fault for having such ancient technology in a 2018 car or the manager of a business that's been around forever being a little too cautious but I suppose I'm taking my business somewhere else.
