I requested installation on the back wall to service two vehicles; the electrician stated this wasn't possible and installed it near the breaker instead. Shortly after installation, I began experiencing charging issues. I spent months troubleshooting with my EV manufacturer, believing the problem was with the car or the charger itself--not the outlet installation. During this time, I also had a child, which shifted my focus. When I was able to return to the issue, I contacted QMerit, who sent a second electrician company to inspect the work. The inspecting electrician's findings: the outlet installed was a standard contractor-grade NEMA 14-50 rather than an industrial/EV-grade unit, and they identified wiring issues that required correction. The outlet had shown signs of overheating during charging. I have documentation of these findings and the corrective work performed at my expense. In my opinion, this installation did not meet the standards I would expect for dedicated EV charging infrastructure, given that industry guidance from manufacturers like Tesla, Leviton, and Hubbell has recommended heavy-duty receptacles for sustained high-amperage loads. Since QMerit could not assist due to the warranty period, and Coral performed the installation under their own license, I requested from Coral: (1) reimbursement for the corrective electrical work, and (2) a refund for work I was charged for but believe was not performed. These requests were not resolved to my satisfaction. My experience with this company was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend them for EV charging installations.

The electrician had the patience, persistence, and skill to work around the poor TORK instructions, and he was able to get the unit working perfectly. The cost for the service was lower than that I had been given by another company, so that was good, as well. But the main thing was that he was able to solve a challenging installation problem.

Best experience with electrician, hands down I would give 10+ stars for my experience. Chris was extremely helpful over the phone and with our needs. We also got to work with Harold, who was super responsive and kind. Mike, the other tech was especially helpful when we were in a big time of stress cause we had a faulty breaker panel that was due to a poor home inspection. Plus some outlets that were also unsafe. They fixed all of these issues in a 2 day period and for a good price. I'll be asking for Mike for anything we need in the future he was the best, taking care of everything we needed. Mike went above and beyond by explaining issues to me while he was inspecting our outlets and breaker so I knew why they needed to be fixed, and so much more about electric in my condo that will help me down the road in knowing if something is going wrong Thank you guys!

I had a circuit breaker replaced in the electrical panel. I had done this procedure myself in a previous home but am unable to do it now due to health problems. The breaker in Home Depot is $18.50. The time it took to replace it was 35 minutes. The charge that I paid for this service was $275., an exorbitant amount by any standard. The average charge in Florida for a licensed electrician is between $100 and $150. per hour. I will not be using SunCoast Electric again.
