Thanks to their staying on top of problems during the 20 years of rental, we had less than $1000 in fix up expenses for the sale. Eddie managed to get a closing price $10,000 over what we thought we could get. The total time from listing to closing was just under five weeks. We have to say, after selling eight houses during multiple military moves, this was the easiest sale we have ever had. PREVIOUS COMMENTS REGARDING THE RENTAL. I have read the comments from others from the point of renters. I and my wife have used this company for almost 25 years to manage our rental house in Vegas. First I would like to say we tried renting it once ourselves. We rented to an enlisted military couple who we thought would be responsible. They decided watering the grass cost too much so shut off the sprinklers. That totally destroyed the front and back yards. They lived like pigs and when the left the house had a smell that could only be fixed by repainting the entire place and Cloroxing the floors. We had to use the entire deposit to clean it up. The yard was gone so we replaced it with rock. Then we got Quality as our management company. If you renters who made a review had problems then I would have to say you need to consider things from the owners stand point. We do not want our houses trashed. Second, as owners we have made every effort not to be slum lords. We have kept everything working well and did not go with the cheapest possible. We put in a good quality fridge and dishwasher, an Ecostar air conditioner and have done what we could to keep costs down for the renters. We inspect once a year and we are very quick to fix things or upgrade things if the renters have suggestions. And Quality makes it all happen. IMHO if you renters have a problem with Quality it is actually a result of the instructions given by the owners. Some owners are slum lords and do not want to spend a dime if they do not have to. I suggest to renters that if you have problems, you ask Quality to find you a better home, and not go slamming Quality. In regards to the comments about rent payments. Quality has been in the same office for decades. You have a checking account. You can put Quality down as a regular payment and arrange for the bank to PAY them each month. It will all be done automatically and the bank will have proof Quality got paid. What is so hard about that? It will save you 48 cents a month on mailing the check.

Patience...providing clarity...response time was within 24 hours...a great person. Sara the owner...I leased the house and did my initial walk through with her...I had no idea she was the owner...her demeanor is great anf she cares about her staff, clients and renters...I am going to miss this team...they worked with me after my car accident and during my move back home they were great with providing me with what I needed to do for the owner and myself. I will always recommend this organization because they are a phenomenal team and I never had a difficult moment while leasing the home.

I lived in a home managed by Advanced Realty Group for three years, and my experience was extremely…read moredisappointing from start to finish. My move-in experience was unacceptable. I arrived on a Saturday with all of my belongings to find the home had not been cleaned, had a strong odor, and the refrigerator in the garage was covered in bugs. Despite multiple calls and texts, my leasing agent was completely unresponsive. I was forced to delay my move-in and pay out of pocket for professional cleaning just to make the home livable. Throughout my tenancy, I submitted numerous maintenance requests. It typically took one to two weeks for someone to respond, and many issues required multiple visits before being resolved. Over the course of my lease, I went through three refrigerators and two to three stoves. The most serious issue was a recurring water leak in 2023, during a time when I was dealing with significant health issues. Maintenance was sent out three to five times and repeatedly told me the issue was fixed, only for the leak to continue. Eventually, I received a city water bill for $274.72 due to the unresolved leak. I contacted property management multiple times by phone and email, including Keri and Tammy, but received no assistance and had to pay the bill myself. The move-out process was the final disappointment. I thoroughly cleaned the home and left it in move-in-ready condition. During the walk-through, Shayla noted that the home was left in good condition--better than most tenants. Despite this, I was charged for numerous items and received only a small portion of my security deposit back. I have rented many properties and have never experienced this before. I disputed the charges multiple times with the manager, Dawn, via phone calls and emails. Responses were inconsistent--often only every third or fourth email--and she never responded to my formal dispute of the erroneous charges. Overall, this company demonstrated poor communication, slow maintenance response times, and unfair handling of move-out charges. I would not recommend Advanced Realty Group based on my experience.
