From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

What brought…read moreme there was my Apple i-Phone 14 froze while downloading an updated IOS software the night before. Now, if you are like me, you use your smart phone for everything. I freaked out at first, then remembered that I also had an i-Pad and could either text or use Face Book Messenger/ Face Book; to alert family/friends that I would not be available as my i-Phone was frozen. I had also canceled our family land line at our house so this i-Phone was the ONLY phone I had. I was able to wait (about 1/2 hour) while they re-booted my i-Phone and made sure that the new IOS software was downloaded correctly. Apparently my i-Phone was caught in a "loop" and the total amount I had to pay was only $56.35. They were very professional, helpful and understanding of my anxiety about my i-Phone 14. This is the only place I will bring my Apple devices (i-Phone 14 and i-Pad) They are an Apple Authorized Repair Center. Thanks So Much Alpha! But unfortunately the entire result is weighed by my online interaction w/Alex the tech & then my telephone interaction w/ Julia Organista Barragan the registered owner of the business. I sent my device as instructed for repair. Two weeks went by & I was concerned. I contacted the repair shop through eBay. I heard no replies. Then a vacation message appeared. The next day I called the business, Julia told me they couldn't find my phone. She questioned me & put the blame on me. I provided the address that I was given & the address shown online. She again said they didn't have it. Tracking confirmed it was delivered. I asked several questions & she didnt have valid answers. Overly rude & unprofessional. Finally by the 3rd day she said they found it. She purposely delayed responding to messages, & mailing back my phone. A month later I received my phone. The repair was good. Everything else suxed! He proceeded to lecture me that I obliviously did not understand that all warranties had a deductible and I would have to pay $10 to replace the screen protector if it breaks. I tried to share that most other companies do not charge for a screen replacement if it fails. This person got extremely rude raising his voice to the point that the mall security guard came to the booth. I passed on the screen protector and as I was walking away I could hear the salesperson talking out loud making references about me. The rest of the story... I stopped by two other providers in the mall and both stated that there are no fees to replace a fail screen protector. Moral of this story, don't do business with rude people or companies that charge for what others offer for free
