was referred to Batteries Plus by my insurance company to fix the camera on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and this turned into a 3-month nightmare. I first went in on January 12th and was told the repair would take about 2 hours. Not only wasn't it done on time, but the technician damaged the back of my phone. I was also told the camera had been replaced--which was not true, because the same issue came back shortly after. From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Don't take your screen replacements here. Empty promises. Took iPhone to replace screen. They offered a discount to replace the battery... at the same time total scam. Shame on me. ended up spending over $170 in the end. Had to return the phone two times. First the battery wouldn't stay charged. This took a week to get replacement battery so no phone basically till repaired then took in and the had another issue. I'm not saying phones are easy to repair and understand why most people don't attempt it. But you all should stop doing it. The second time screen jumped and blacked out with lines. Sends random calls and text to people. Just ended up ordering a replacement phone. It was only 2 months old... another $200 for that. Plus no phone. Thanks again Very annoying. I took my iPad Pro in for a new battery, after picking up the screen had waves in it., took it back they fixed it but a week later the home button stopped working, took it in again and they said they would fix it. they had to send it out and two weeks later I went to pick it up they said it would be$300! I said it worked fine before they fixed it and they said the manger would have to approve it after waiting an another day the manger said they wouldn't charge but no warranty a week later the home stopped working!! They broke my granddaughters key fob for her Prius. The key kept falling out. They tried to get her to buy a new one for their cost of over $200 , twice. She was only getting a battery change in it. She came out to the car crying. I was furious but she had to get to work so I called them. They ordered another fob and tried to charge her again. I was there and let them know when we came in it was not broken. When we left it was. They either fix it or they pay for a new one. It took a few more days as they got a part to fix it. If I was not there they would have gotten her to buy one. Also they are more expensive tan most other shops. If you need a battery in your key fob, go to a key specialist. I wouldn't normally think a battery and bulbs place could make my day, but seriously these guys are awesome! After breaking one of the mercury containing fluorescent light bulbs on carpet and spending a good 2 hours cleaning up afterwards, we finally decided to recycle the 17 we had left. Most places only accept 10 at a time, so our plan was to stop by Batteries Plus Bulbs to drop off 10 and then ACE for the rest. The staff there were super friendly right when we walked in, even though they knew we were just dropping off recycling. After explaining our plan, to drop off 10 here and 7 at ACE, the guys just said not to worry and they'd take the whole lot off our hands. So thankful for such nice guys and will definitely be checking their store out again in the future! read more

We have been customers at Batteries Plus for awhile, and have always been happy with them. Yesterday they really rose to the occasion, so I feel like a five star review is not high enough, but it's all Yelp will give me. My car battery died and a very nice employee of a different business jump started my car for me. While I was waiting for him, I called Batteries Plus and they were able to confirm over the phone that they had the battery for my car in stock, and someone would be available to install it for me. They saved my day! That was just the icing on the cake. They have always been a reliable place for anything we have needed, so this review is probably late in coming. Great job guys! read more

I needed watch batteries. I go in hand the guy 3 watches and ask how much for batteries. He takes the watches and walks over and starts taking them apart. I asked again how much. He said $9.99. Since the price was high I opted to only replace two batteries. A woman tells a guy to start checking out my purchase. I ask what the individual batteries cost. He says he doesn't know. Then his cash register wigged out. Not debit card issue, their equipment is screwed up. Moves to another register to try again. Finally success! I still don't know what the batteries cost. Finish my transaction and tell the guy he should really know the prices or at least find out the price. He smiles/smirks and says he probably should. I left. I am so done with this store. read more

In an attempt to locate AGM batteries for my jet skis, another place I called recommended this place. I called and they answered immediately. The guy I spoke with was extremely helpful. He said they had plenty of the batteries. When I got there, I had my choice of batteries. I could buy the batteries that needed charged overnight or for a slightly higher price, the batteries that were charged up and ready to go. I opted for the batteries that were charged up. The same guy helped us every step of the way, from phone to transaction, and was very friendly. I was so happy they had what I needed. I called several places and NOBODY carries these batteries. Ride Now didn't even have them and they are the ONLY jet ski repair shop in town! My awesome fiancé got the batteries changed out and we were out in the water the same day! I will definitely use Batteries Plus as my "go to" for all of my battery needs! They also had a sign on the window that said they do keys and key fobs too (for anyone that needs it). read more

After being totally blown off at a big box office store down the road, I stopped here to get a replacement charger for my laptop. Within 5 minutes, the guy at the counter had looked up what part I needed, gave me some helpful pointers and sent me on my way. Plus, when he found out it was my work laptop, he gave me a discount which made the charger 10 bucks cheaper than the one at the big box store. Plus, I have a two year warranty that I don't even need the receipt to claim because he entered my info into their system. Very impressed. Will check here first from now on. read more

The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly! I went here to buy an extra battery for my DSLR camera. At first, we thought the correct battery was found. Sadly when I got back to my hotel room and tried to charge it...it did not quite fit. I brought it back along with one of my current batteries to get the correct one, but unfortunately they did not carry the type of battery that I needed (which is the only reason I held back from a 5 star rating). I don't know if it's per location and how many products they can hold, or they just carry certain products. Overall, I definitely recommend this place! Awesome staff! read more

I brought my phone in to get a new screen put in with parts I purchased and with no warranty(totally understandable), they said they could do this in about 2 hours. cool. Call after about 2 hours and they tell me it's about 30% done and that I could pick it up next day. I'm cool with that. Next day, I call to make sure it's done, and then they tell me they can't put it in and that it's the wrong part. I said wait a minute; yesterday they told me it's 30% done and now your telling me It has not even been started and it's wrong part.. Little did they know i'm a certified warranty electronics repair technician and was certain it was the right part. So, in short they flat out lied to me twice. Had I been naive to electronics, someone else might have returned part or tried to return part with no refund thinking they had wrong part, when it was the right part all along. If they would have straight and forthright with me, I would have had no problems. But they weren't. I dont know how they service on the batteries side. But dealing with phones. I would not recommend this business. Raul/Edward were the employees I dealt with through this attempted transaction. I took my parts and phone to Cellular 911 and they fixed my phone up with my parts in 30 mins for $40.00. No issues and great service. I am an easy going dude, but do not appreciate being jerked around and lied too. I am writing this review so people know to not always trust employees and what they tell you, but to get a second or third opinion from other comparable businesses. read more
