I went in for a cracked screen repair, and Christy was so nice and so helpful. She started right away, and the $300 repair only took half an hour. I got back and she had my phone charging for me and even put on a screen protector for free. Christy is very caring and gave us Washington/Oregon recommendations since we are visiting from California and even her dog Nova gave us a friendly welcome. read more

Let's face it, we have all had accidents with our beloved electronic devices that has just ruined our day. Well I am no different. A few weeks back I dropped one of my phones and ended up with a major crack on the screen. I tried to look past the broken screen for a few days but it was just a little too much to bear. Luckily for me, this shop was nearby and I decided to give it a shot. As I walked in I was greeted by the beautiful Christy behind the counter. I explained what was going on and she told me they could take care of it. I handed her the phone and she examined the damaged screen. Before I knew what was going on my phone was fixed. Christy provided great customer service and my overall experience was really awesome. I would definitely recommend them for any future repairs!!! read more

If you are need ANY kind of service on a mobile product, you need to start here. She is very knowledgeable and has very good turn around time. Took an old iPad to her after a botched battery installation performed by someone else. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my mobile repairs. Hands down, this is the best phone repair shop in the Tri-Cities. I tried replacing my iPhone SE's battery myself but I lost the fingerprint sensor's metal latch, so my home button wouldn't work. Went here and they had the exact part I needed. Location was great, staff was friendly and given how much of a hassle trying to replace my phones battery was, I will definitely come here in the future to have my battery replaced. read more

I went in the other day because I was having trouble with the software on my iPhone 7 Plus. A few glitches were happening where I couldn't open my apps, click on setting buttons, receive calls or answer incoming calls, scroll through my phone and the screen would constantly freeze. No sort of outer screen damage on my phone was detected. Kristy was at the counter and she was so knowledgeable and friendly!! She was quick, professional and knew what to do to fix the problem. I am so thankful I found this phone shop because it saved me hundreds of dollars from buying a brand new phone. Christy gave me some tips on keeping longer battery life and cleaned my speaker on my phone so I can hear on it again. I freaked out at first, then remembered that I also had an i-Pad and could either text or use Face Book Messenger/ Face Book; to alert family/friends that I would not be available as my i-Phone was frozen. I had also canceled our family land line at our house so this i-Phone was the ONLY phone I had. I was able to wait (about 1/2 hour) while they re-booted my i-Phone and made sure that the new IOS software was downloaded correctly. Apparently my i-Phone was caught in a "loop" and the total amount I had to pay was only $56.35. They were very professional, helpful and understanding of my anxiety about my i-Phone 14. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you.

They did magic for a phone I thought I just lost almost 2 years of photos on, the entire screen was shot on the inside, he did some tricky stuff with the phone taking it apart, got it started up and used a different phone screen to connect to it, we were able to get into the phone with everything still there and get all our data off, this is where I'm taking my other broken phone, cause I trust this place. We also got a Samsung VR set here for a great price, the owners are super nice and made me feel comfortable! My phone , traveled across town fell off my car got ran over . Took it to the phone shop Christi fixed it it was so bad I never thought she could fix it . She fixed it put new glass , camera was the only thing that didn't work she ordered a camera for it and fixed it it looks and works just like a new phone . I would give the phone shop a 10 star rating , saved me lots of money and do excellent work and Christi is very good at her job and fast . I freaked out at first, then remembered that I also had an i-Pad and could either text or use Face Book Messenger/ Face Book; to alert family/friends that I would not be available as my i-Phone was frozen. I had also canceled our family land line at our house so this i-Phone was the ONLY phone I had. I was able to wait (about 1/2 hour) while they re-booted my i-Phone and made sure that the new IOS software was downloaded correctly. Apparently my i-Phone was caught in a "loop" and the total amount I had to pay was only $56.35. They were very professional, helpful and understanding of my anxiety about my i-Phone 14. This is the only place I will bring my Apple devices (i-Phone 14 and i-Pad) They are an Apple Authorized Repair Center. Thanks So Much Alpha! I would not recommend these guys for IT services for your business. We used them for an entire year…read morein the hopes that things would smooth out, but they never did. Their customer service is severely lacking, and management acts like they are doing us a favor by allowing us to work with them. It was common for simple tickets to take days or weeks to be addressed, and often you would hear back from multiple techs who clearly had not communicated with each other on the status or progress of what was going on, so you basically had to start from the beginning each time. Even if you scheduled a specific time for a tech to reach out to you, they would completely miss the appointment with no communication, and then they would hop on at random times with no notice. Since you never knew when they would be available again, there was pressure to drop everything to let them work so you knew your issue would be taken care of. Often a tech would tell you that they would call you back, only to not hear from them again and have to call them back yourself. Most of their techs seemed to lack training, and were clearly remote workers who are not local, and there also seemed to be a high turn-over rate. The only reason I put a 2nd star was as a credit to the few local techs who seemed to be trying their best with what little they had to work with as far as proper management. Overall, in our experience, Teknologize lacked organization, low quality of service for their clients, and on top of everything they didn't seem to be capable of improving in any meaningful way even after multiple meetings.
