Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays. Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of clear communication about their scheduling and availability.

Asked the clerk why the window washing stations were dry and he told me they did not do that because "people just came in to use the bathroom".
