Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. And I hope he don't come on here under my comment talking nonsense cause I have your number and you will get another piece of my mind, I promise you that. So don't comment at all just Do better. Businesses grow not only because of quality work but quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and he does NOT have that. I hope no one waste their money or time on this man.
