I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.

They only had new tires but then when they went to check, they were out of tires so I went to their second shop again they tried to overcharge me so I just left and I came back here to Vaquero tires and I should've just came here to begin with because they are the best they give you the best price they don't lie to you if your tire can't be fixed they don't try to upcharge you. They give it to you straight. And that's what I like cause nowadays the way the economy is every dollar counts so I will continue to come here and not go anywhere else. You don't know what you're missing you oughta stop by. I popped into this shop because it was super close and easy to get to--right next to the dry cleaners! As I pulled up, a friendly guy from the shop greeted me. I was there to get my boyfriend's two back tires changed, but when I got there, I discovered that both tires had nails in them. Turns out, the front tires were the ones that needed fixing the most. They patched up the back tires, and I replaced the front ones. It felt like I got four new tires, even though they were used. The tires were really good quality with lots of tread. I was so happy with the service! I definitely recommend this place. They also offer a week warranty on the tires.

The worst part is I got home and all four tires needed to be filled to 50 psi, teenagers only filled them to 40 psi. Do better!

Later the man that runs it, came in and said I gave him a faulty filter. I told him I did not. He proceeded to say I did. I explained that I was already told that the old gasket had been left on. He tried backing out of it and said I would get the next 3 oil changes for free. I will not go back since he can't be honest and lied to my face. May have not done that to a man.

This vehicle has over 270k miles on it and the original heater hose blew after picking my daughter up from Langham Creek HS. I was able to get there just as the temperature pegged the gage. Diagnosed that morning and had to order parts. The idle had to wait until that was fixed. Ended up being the throttle control sensor again. 4th one for this truck, as I found out by research, it's the most common replaced part for this model. The first 2 they got were faulty. 3rd was the charm and it's running smoothly again. Great work guys!
