I had my car towed here in the evening because my ETC light was on. The next day, I was told that there were too many things wrong with my car -- that it wouldn't be worth it to fix + it'll cost more than my car's worth. This made me worry the entire day, but I needed it fix -- I decided to tow it elsewhere. Guess what? There was one thing wrong with it, and it was the Electronic Throttle Valve. The new place I towed my car to fixed it for cheap. Now? My car is running smoothly. Not only did I waste my money to tow my car here and away, but I wasted my time, a day's worth of work. Instead of just outright saying they have too many cars to work on at the moment or that they refused to work on my car, they decided to lie and waste my time. I would never return or recommend anyone to come here. There's no way the amount I paid for the work at the new place was more than the value of the car due to inflation + chip shortage. Utterly disappointed.

Very friendly young owner, whose young son was watching television on the comfortable sofa when all five of us came in..He everso politely got up for us to be seated and went into his Dad's office. He has been parented to become a young gentleman..his Father promptly repaired our tire, we paid and were on our way. My hubs said he will return for tires when we need them next time, even if that far away. We were impressed with service and apparently competive tire pricing for hubs to say he would drive back.

She went to several places that told her she would have to replace her bumper or at least the plastic covering along with replacing the head light and minor body work. Several estimates were well over $1400. Since this is her last year in college and we wanted to squeeze the use of the car for at least another year without putting a lot of money into a car that isn't worth the expense, we chose this place for a little more than 1/3 the cost. Not only did James repair the bumper, he actually made it look better than before- my daughter was blown away at the results! She felt he treated her with respect and was very fair in his pricing for the services received. A+ to James and Jack Winslow body shop!
