We got off the phone with him to call other places and noticed he called back and missed his call so we called him back and said we are only willing to pay $150 for a used tire, we told him we could get one the next morning for a little over $200 which was true...unless of course if it's a Good Year then yes we can expect to pay $375 a tire. Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. We just picked the car up and it's running perfectly and the cost was less than half what we would have paid at the dealership. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough.
