His price was in line with what I expected and lower than some who would use inferior materials. He also wouldn't require payment until the work was completed. His crew obviously knew what they were doing and they completed the job in two days. He had to charge extra because 27 sheathing panels had to be replaced because of delamination of the CDExt. He was great to work with, his crew did a great job and clean up was also great. Overall, A++. Ne also provided copious pictures of the work. After posting…read moremy review Dana contacted us the next day and apologized for not having returned our calls or emails saying that he is understaffed and overwhelmed right now. He inspected the roof and found no defects in the product or workmanship but mentioned that he felt the leak may be coming from a window above it. Although not responsible for taking it a step further he came back in a few days to pull the siding from around the window looking to find the problem. Although he did not definitively find the source of the leak we were pleased with his willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you Dana.

After we spoke about the possible solutions/plans, Jeff did not rush me to proceed with his recommendations and gave me time to think about my options. On the day of the appointment, he arrived promptly and worked efficiently to install new vents as well as retrofit baffles for the attic.
