I currently is a patent at this office. I loved it here, until I recommended my husband to go. I made an appt for him . He gets a call a day prior for the wrong day. The lady says it was her fault she mad a mistake. Ok no biggie. Then when his appt dat came they called to say the Hygentist was not going to be in let's reschedule for a 2nd time. My husband went on the rescheduled day. He was waiting for hours and told the lady prior that he had another appt at 12noon. So he couldn't wait anymore and reschedule . My husband came in the reschedule appt (day after the the snow storm) no one is at the office nor did they reach out to say they was closed or answered the phone when he called before leaving the house. Mind you my husband do not drive and took 2 Uber's to go see this dentist with out physically seeing the dentist. The people that work in her office are unprofessional , unorganized , and inconsiderate. The dentist is great but she needs to hire a new staff. She has lost two patents. read more

Because of the poor customer service from the persons at the front desk I highly wouldn't recommend this place. I recently got a tooth pulled and was referred by Dr. Demeireles to someone else. I was instructed to follow up with her about other services or questions. The staff this office has answering the phone we're very unprofessional. Questions went unanswered I even got hung up on. I asked for a call back from the dentist and I still haven't received that. WORST OFFICE I have ever encountered. I recently had a couple months off of work due to some injuries that I sustained so I have been unemployed. I just got cleared to return back to work. With other difficulties still present I decided to start looking at jobs just to get myself back in the rhythm of things so after only a day of applying to jobs , I received an email from dr deimerellis. When I arrived to this practice in the morning , I was 20 mins early. One of the most important qualities you can have is to be early to anything. When she opened the door to the building she kept repeating how early I was like it was this huge deal. I should have taken that response and known this whole ordeal would turn sideways real quick. She proceeded to have me sit in the waiting room for the next 20 mins and only attended to me when 9am hit. She then went on to talk about how she was very close to an employer that I use to work for 2 years ago , I then only realized who she was , she def was close to my previous boss because This lady was the lady we would all talk shit about when she would come into the office. Rumors speculated of how shitty she treated her staff , I was able to first hand witness that today. You might wonder why I decided to stay , well she said it would be $20 an hour for my working interview and I had 2 other interviews that day in the same area so I figured I would just kill time and check out her office and how it runs. She mentioned that they were in the process of switching systems over and that things were chaotic. I've been in very busy offices before so it was no intimidation for me. little did I know , this was no office , this was just dr deimerellis bossing and harassing people she called her staff. The way this lady treated the poor front desk girl who was there. It felt like she was talking to her pet chihuahua, literally barking orders at her. Keep in mind I was only there for like 30 mins at this point. This doctor was bouncing all over the place so after 36 mins of me being there , I had to use the restroom. Then After an hour and change , I started to sniffle and have a slight cough attack so I decided to go to the bathroom and blow my nose because the fuzzys on the mask were irritating it and there was patients so I didn't want to bring my mask down. So I went and did what I had to do then washed my hands. I walk out and the front desk girl told me dr deimerellis wanted to see me in the back. I go back there and she closes all the doors , then says " this is not your cup of tea as you've gone to the bathroom 3 times already , that means your on your phone and so this is not for you " I literally could not believe what I was hearing , this old woman is trying to tell me , a grown ass woman that I shouldn't be somewhere because I used the bathroom TWICE. I was astonished, absolutely mind blown so I said ok I'm going to grab my bag , I go to grab it and then make the motion to go open the door as she was standing in front of it. This lady blocks me from opening the door and starts to put her hands in front of me to keep me from leaving. Once you do that to me , it's game over. No one will ever keep me from Leaving their presence. I don't know who she thought she was. I started to get irritated and asked her to move , asked her to let me leave and she hesitated before allowing me to do so. Then she blocks the next door asking me why I'm making her cry , I felt like I was in a soap opera. I then ask her to pay me for the hour that I worked , that became a whole issue as well. She got other staff involved and tried to make herself look innocent. So much other things happened but honestly I think I've wasted enough of my precious time on this woman and her shitshow of an office. I pray her staff realize there's better opportunities elsewhere , they don't deserve to be barked at and treated the way they do. No wonder she was real good friends with my old bosses, they too didn't know how to treat their employees. ANYONE LOOKING TO WORK HERE , WEAR A DIAPER IF YOU DARE GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! read more

Dr. Demeireles and staff is always asking how I'm doing and how my parents. Always provides great dental work. Very concerned with my dental issues. Never pushy in making recommendations. I'm always treated with respect and get great service. While other Dentists cleaned my teeth but didn't get to the "root" :-) of the problem, Dr. D discovered I had gum disease and performed deep tissue gum cleaning to resolve the instant build up of tartar...this can be a painful procedure but she arranged for my insurance company to approve a method for my most comfort just to see that i was not in any discomfort. After 4 years of avoiding the dentist I decided to do the adult thing and schedule myself for a cleaning. Nothing against the dentist themselves, just that my former guy's belly used to touch my head when I would go and it kind of freaked me out. He was a big guy but... still. I looked into someone new to take care of my teeth via HealthGrades and found Dr. DeMeriles. Her office was so accommodating and they worked me right in the same week I called. The entire office has a homey feel to it which definitely helped calm my anxiety a bit. Each room has a TV and they are more than happy to give you the remote. The office ran on schedule and I was in and out, but not without finding out I had a few cavities which needed attention much sooner rather than later. So I went back in yesterday (again, so accommodating with my schedule) to have 4 cavities (one for each year I skipped I suppose) filled. Dr. DeMeriles asked if I needed to be numbed for the drilling and I passed on it due to the fact that they would have only done 2 in one sitting. Don't do this if you have a low pain tolerance. So while Pitbulls and Parolees played on the big screen I had the most wonderful dental experience I had ever encountered. Dr. D made sure I was comfortable the entire duration of the filling, she spoke to me very calmly and was sure in all her movements. Half way through I thought about how I couldn't wait to tell Yelp to check this wonderful lady out. So here I am, 4 cavity fillings later feeling wonderful. I LOVE Dr. De Meireles. She has been my dentist for the last 13 years and now is the dentist to my three children as well. My kids adore her and I can tell that the feeling is mutual. Since I have been going to her, I have not had one dental problem or issue! My children have not either and that is so important for me. My daughter will only use toothbrushes that Dr. DeMeireles gives her and my four year old twins enjoy seeing her and brushing their teeth three times daily because '"Dr. DeMeireles would be proud". Her staff is friendly and sweet and they make sure that my kids are occupied while I get my teeth cleaned, which is very comforting. I have recommended several of my friends to Dr. DeMeireles and they are just as satisfied with her wonderful service!
