They actually have a question on their new patient forms asking how they meet your needs. My answer was "be clean, be friendly and be on time". Not only did they meet my expectations, they far exceeded them! Went for a cleaning and eval with x-rays for the first time today. I was greeted by friendly receptionists in an immaculate waiting room. My paperwork was processed and I was in a room getting x-rays 2 minutes before my appointment time! They team talked me through every step and procedure, great personalities that made the entire visit cheerful. Didn't rush me through like most practices that have to see several patients at once to justify low reimbursement rates. Finally, a great dental office that takes my yucky insurance. Now I won't wait 5 years to go back!

BDC made financial aspects painless with their dedicated person for insurance and financing for the extensive work I needed. My prior dentist did not even take insurance. The staff has been friendly and professional, and the office still runs very smoothly. Initially, he saved my teeth when I had problems from a former dentist. In 2012, I was diagnosed with Leukemia (AML) which caused my teeth to decay due to the effects of two bone marrow transplants resulting in Graph Versus Host disease (GVHD). He coordinated his care with an Oral Pathologist & Oral Surgeon to determine if I could undergo implants. I've had seven implants which took a year to complete. I now have a full set of teeth again. He and his staff are so caring and the quality of what he did could not be any better. His treatment plan was amazing with a computer picture detailing every process for a year. He also arranged a financial plan to ease that burden. I would not hesitate to recommend him. If you want the best care, you will get it from him and his staff!
