The two times I've called when we've noticed anything (centipedes, carpet beetles, etc) they've been here and not just sprayed, explained the bug and why they're coming in. I've contracted them for deer and ticks as well as mosquitoes during the spring and summer. I'll let you know how that goes. But for now they are definitely worth it, attentiveness is given to the customer, and their support is awesome.
