Traffic was slowly merging and it was my turn to merge. Since the Heritage pest control driver was texting, there was more than enough room to merge. However he became enraged when he finally looked up, so he swerved into the left lane next to me, got within an inch of my vehicle and began launching disgusting fountain sodas bottles at and into my car hitting me and almost my son. I rolled up the windows (it was summer) to protect myself and my kids and called the police- as we were SITTING in traffic next to him. He saw me call (probably assumed the cops) and began driving erratically through traffic and finally up the shoulder until he got off on Morlet. I was so shaken up and was unable to get his plate but I called the company and spoke to the owner who became quite defensive about the situation. The employee's behavior and the response from the owner after being physically assaulted and degraded from his nasty soda bottles is VILE. This unhinged, aggressive, explosive, attacker is the reason why I have a dash cam. I would NEVER EVER willingly bring someone like that around me or my family, let alone share my address with them. Why run from the cops if you're innocent or don't have a history? The response from the owner was appalling and disgusting which speaks as high as his morale. No wonder he hires who he hires. I'd post photos of my car but I truly fear this mentally unstable person will see.

He initially promised to charge a flat fee of $250 for filling holes based on what he found, but after the job is done, he sent me an invoice of $350. He ended up honoring his initial quote and adjusted the fee. The next day, I found out he damaged my refrigerator, and after many text message communications, he agreed to refund me $238 for the damage. And today, April 6, not even one month later after his first visit, I found rat drops all over my kitchen. And because of the negative experience I had before, I am not going to ask him to come back for the guaranteed extermination.

Upon further inspection we found a hole in the wall on the side of the house in our attic. When we checked outside, noticed that our siding had been pulled away from the house and some sort of critter was getting into our attic and in our walls. Reached out and Bryan was quick to respond. He gave us a fair quote for the project and was able to come by immediately the next day. He was able to inspect our attic and the outside and found that it was indeed a squirrel that was causing g all the problem. Bryan was able to crest and practically solve the problem in about an hour and a half. Price was reasonable when done and informed us of what to expect over the next few days. Kept his name and number in case of future pest issues. Would recommend and use again! Addendum: squirrel came back with a vengeance. Called Bryan back and he came over after we discovered that they returned by finding a new spot. Traps were laid and we caught him! Thank the gods! Seriously amazing! Will use in the future if needed!
