Made my account and uploaded our forms. Over a week and he never contacted me for any further clarifications or other supporting documents and didn't even bother to file the extension. I call him for an update and he was thinking he needed to file my 2024 tax return which wasn't what I asked for. He chooses to not take my 2nd call and emails me that he could longer work on my return because it's too complicated...and he tells me this 2 days before tax deadline, the 13th. He probably would not have emailed me if didn't reach out to him. The more I think about it, the more I realize he was just googling how to file an ITIN. Lack of communication, unreliable, still needs more experience.
