Simple but spacious spot, a real great deal for the most authentic South Indian breakfast you'll find around.

The whole place was decorated for Christmas with table decor and a tree. The food we ordered took a little while to prepare although there were only patrons at one other table, there was a steady take out business going on. My dining partner and I both ordered a rib dinner with hot sides: mac n cheese, greens, yams, hush puppies. The ribs had a sweet BBQ sauce, no heat to the taste and they were just warm, the greens were not super well seasoned and they also were not served hot. I had to add salt and hot sauce and asked if they could be heated up. The owner obliged and brought them back piping hot. The mac n cheese was very cheesy, however it lacked the depth of adding several types of, or at least a sharp cheese to it. The yams had a sweet seasoning with hints of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg... We also ordered the fried chicken skins which came out freshly coated in a crunchy batter and fried crisp, they were served with hot sauce and Bleu cheese dressing. Very crunchalicious! The banana pudding was also very good... it was amped up with several types of cookie chunks, a cookie crust and cheesecake banana pudding...

I showed up late to pick up my order and my food was still warm and delicious. The prices are reasonable, and today being Veterans Day the owner gave me a discount. The restaurant is very chill and comfy with music playing in the background perfect for taking your love one out for brunch or dinner Don't miss out on the food here. Such cute decor, the music was chill R&B (which we loved) & so many different options!! Another comment for our server because she was the best. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge a 20% serving fee and the server told me she only gets apart of the 20% which didn't make any sense to me (coming from someone who's a server and gets the entire percentage of my service fee) but besides that everything was great!

We were the only one there at the time (making it feel like 5 start treatment). Live music down stairs, which connected to the speaker upstairs. It was definitely a positive and welcoming environment. She told us an interesting story and how The Loud House was born. She was born in Buffalo but spent many years in the southern states. She was told there were very few places in Buffalo that sold Gits, so she took that opportunity to make sure we had some delicious options. The food was 10 out of 10. Our table also ordered the French toast , and original breakfast. We tried the Mimosa flights. (Passion Fruit, watermelon, mango , and original). My personal favorite was the Passion Fruit. I can't wait to try Dinner next. Suggestions would be to make reservations to avoid any waits.

If you are fortunate, you will discover one or more amazing places to enjoy a good start to your day. We had such a discovery on a raining windy Monday morning in North Tonawanda. Figmor Cafe Is at the end of the block on which the Riviera theater sits. The exterior is appealing but when you open the door you will be welcome. with love and happiness. the interior is absolutely a comforting type of place to enjoy a breakfast or another meal. we were seated pretty close to the front door, but I soon discovered a really cool back room and an outdoor enclosed patio. The staff member told me it was too windy and rainy to see people on the patio on this day. the menu has all the classics but it also has some really special special menu items created just for this eatery. They had several different Benny's but most importantly they had authentic homemade corned beef hash, which is always my test of a place that serves breakfast. I went for their cowboy Benny which had corned beef hash underneath the perfectly prepared eggs. Their home fries were just right with peppers and onions (there is a slight up charge). My dining partners' selections were prepared perfectly as well!! perfectly prepared food that tasted delicious with a great atmosphere and superb staff! My coffee was so good and the waitress kept a careful eye and when the cup dropped below the midpoint level she was there to top it off. One of the pleasant surprises was Joe who knew where I lived in New Jersey and had vacationed in Ocean City, New Jersey which was the vacation location of one of us but during her youth. what a great place for breakfast and I'm sure we will return there again. upon leaving. Joe gave us each a lollipop and I even got a chest bump from Joe!

We enjoyed the restaurant's eclectic music throughout the meal, and it had a cool beer menu as well (with some beers imported directly from India). This is a strong family-owned business, and you can tell they truly care and are proud of what they serve to you. I will say, walking in on a Saturday night, the place was dead. But as we sat, loads of people stopped in to grab take out. I encourage those who read this to dine in! Not only will you avoid a delivery fee, but you'll get a chance to take in one of the more unique and chill vibes of a restaurant I've been in around Buffalo.

We've done the buffet twice, and the turnover keeps it fresh and the many chutneys and spices keep the standards good. They pride themselves on non-"Americanized" versions of the food, and while I'm no expert, it seems like they take a few more chances than some of the other buffets in town. The beer and wine menu can be a little out of date, but even there, the prices and selection are good. Service has been friendly on both occasions that we've been. This one's a keeper. Has a parking lot.
