I have been coming to Amor Kids Dentistry since 2019 and ever single time I walk in here with my little ones, the staff is super friendly, the waiting area is always clean and a movie is always playing. I found them by accident about 2 years ago. My children were going to a different dentist in Lakewood, CA. We had an appointment with them that was rescheduled at the last minute and because we don't live near Lakewood, it was even more of an inconvenience than usual. I went online to search for dentist in our area and found this one down the street from my house. They were able to see both of my children the same day. The entire staff was nice and the environment was welcoming and kid friendly. My daughter was 11 months old and my son was 10 years old at that time, and we've continued to be patients here since. I highly recommend them... I wish they saw adults. The only downside is that the parking in the area sucks, but I don't count that against the office itself. read more

Just walked out to the dental office once again but this time i took my nervous 8 year old. Turns out he had a few cavities. I wasn't worried at all because i knew Dr. Heivi Kim & her team would take good care of him. I was right!! They did an AMAZING job keeping my son calm and keeping me informed the entire time. My son was so calm and relaxed that he didn't even feel the shot!. Dr. Kim combined topical gel and laughing gas before numbing and it was a success! I will be recommending her to everyone i know!! I honestly feel blessed to have found this dental office. Dont go to St johns dental office or the one in the corner of 57th and Vermont. I have had bad experiences in those two office. Let me start off by saying how friendly and welcoming the staff is at this dental office. Especially Sandra. Not only is she very friendly she's also very helping and so dedicated to making sure the kids are very well taken care of and feeling safe and secure rather than scared. The dentists and anesthesiologist here are amazing. They really focus on the kids dental needs and make sure they feel relaxed. They play movies for the kids while they're doing teeth cleaning or working on them etc. They are on top of appointments always calling and working w your schedule rather than theirs.I've taken my kids to several dental offices but none quite like this one. My kids were always afraid of going to the dentist thanks to previous dentists that only cared to charge medical and get money out of my pockets. My daughter needed emergency work on her teeth and someone recommended another dental office and sure enough I went there and they did a horrible job on my then 6 yr old daughter. Instead of helping her they messed up her molars and I didn't know how bad it was till the dentist at Amor dentistry showed me the X-rays of the previous work the dentist at the other dental office had performed on my daughter. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Heidi Kim is a true angel. My 4 year old son had extreme tooth pain and I found her on yelp amongst several children dentist. I went on website and I emailed early that morning. To my surprise an hour later the dentist herself called me and said she would see my son the same day. His previous Dr wanted to Sedate him completely. I was extremely nervous about that. Here at Amor Kids dentistry she does two different approaches. I was all for it.
