Need to read Patient for over 10 years I really don't know what's going on with these doctors who used to be so honest. Lately, whenever you leave a negative review about them, they call you up to complain and demand that you take it down. This time, they charged me simply because they felt like it. It's not a huge amount--just $32.20--but they have absolutely no right to go into your bank account and withdraw money. What is wrong with them? Is the economy hitting them so hard that they now have to steal from people? They need to be a little more honest and stop taking money that doesn't belong to them--and I am not taking down this comment. I have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years. And over the last decade, I have watched their office deteriorate; it has become increasingly dirty--it is truly disheartening. I am surprised that they haven't had their license to practice dentistry revoked. They really ought to pay a little more attention to things. I chose this clinic because of the high ratings but now I'm starting to think they ask you to give them a high rating because my experience was INSANE. From the overly impatient front desk staff that handled setting up my appointment very rudely is when I should've turned away. I went in today for a wisdom tooth removal and was very nervous as I have anxiety where my body physically locks. During my procedure the dr physically pulls my jaw apart and yells at me not to bite her but as I was trying to tell her it's not me biting her I have anxiety and physically cannot open my mouth. She was very forceful and shoved an opener in my mouth and said "you will not bite me" as I'm crying and showing obvious signs of a nervous breakdown. The man dr was also very dismissive of my condition and handled me extremely rough as if I was annoying them or a burden. As a dr you should know you have many different types of patients and learn how to handle all types and not just try to get the job done. I will say the nurses were very kind for asking the dr to allow my partner to come in the room to try and calm me down bc I couldn't stop crying, felt small being in the care of such RUDE doctors, and scared, but they of course they refused the nurses also checking up on me after seeing how I was treated was greatly appreciated but it was a very awkward silence as they couldn't speak up against their bosses. I left immediately and will never return again. Beware going here unless you want to be treated like a money sign and not a human being. read more
