I really don't understand how you can run a business this way. I had a death in the family and specifically needed Marigolds. I called on 11/11 to see if they had any and was told they would have some in the morning (11/12). I went down to the flower shop after work on 11/12 to pick them up and was abruptly told they didn't have any. Not that they sold out, but just didn't have any. I mentioned that I had called the day before and that they confirmed they would be coming in and the associate said they're coming in tomorrow (11/13) now. So the flowers I needed for the 12th and confirmed were coming in on the 11th are now coming in on the 13th? I guess the services and rosary and everything can wait because the flower shop decided to mislead me? Absolute BS customer service. read more

I went here a few months back to grab some last minute flowers for my mother in laws birthday as my gf told me an hr before I got out of work that theres a dinner(typical). I work in Brea and it was one of the shops that looked like it had some good flower set ups. I swung by and picked a sunflower bouquet which was like $50-$60. The girl that helped me took it out back and said she'd re wrap it because the parchment paper was wet. I tipped them 18% and ran out the door.I didnt really look at it as I was running late and a good distance from the restaurant, but while I was driving I realized how ugly and low end the wrap was. The tape was visible and paper looked like they wrapped it with a brown grocery bag. I would've been better off grabbing it from a supermarket for 1/3rd of the price and it would've been nicer. When I gave the bouquet to my mother in law I apologized for how they looked because it was last minute. read more

My mom was looking for a last minute corsage for my prom and this place was so accomodating. The owner went to the flower market to personally make me one that would match my dress. It was not over expensive and great quality. They even put a little diamond in the middle. I would definately trust this company with any flower needs!! Great customer service. Needed flowers quick and drove a bit further down to find this place. I am so so happy I came to this florist shop. It was almost fate. It looked like maybe father and son were there. They were absolutely wonderful and so so helpful and kind. I got the perfect arrangement for a friend. They really made my day when I was feeling down, and they didn't even know. Next time I need flowers I know where to go.
