Not only were they able to do the delivery on short notice, but the associate who helped me was super helpful and pleasant. They sent me a text with a picture of the arrangement for approval and I actually asked if they could make some changes. They took care of my request no problem and then in a very timely fashion, delivered the flowers to the address I provided. The arrangement was beautiful. The same lady has helped me on all three of my visits, and she is very knowledgeable. I can show her an inspiration photo, and she immediately knows exactly what flowers I'm looking for. She'll even walk me through how many bunches I'll need and what to order to create the arrangement I have in mind. I really appreciate that she takes the time to explain everything and makes the whole process so easy, including tips on how to keep the flowers fresh for longer. Also, even if the flowers aren't physically at the shop, they'll do their best to bring them in for you. For example, I was recently looking for peonies, and other florists were quoting me around $28 per stem--which adds up VERY quickly! Here, they were able to quote me a much more reasonable price and help me figure out exactly what I needed. They also have ribbons, vases, and other essentials that make it convenient when you're putting together your own arrangements. However, once we got back and started working on arrangements, I was honestly disappointed. About a quarter of the white hydrangeas had noticeable browning and signs of rot. I had no choice but to cut around the damaged areas, which significantly reduced what I could use especially frustrating considering the cost. For reference, 50 hydrangeas (25 white, 25 blue) came out to $185, so I expected better quality control. Overall, the convenience and customer service were there, but the flower quality at least in my experience did not match the price. Oh and the hydrangeas started to wilt by the second day. *This was a last minute purchase as my online delivery order had a unforeseen delivery delay.
