There were only two issues with my…read morepedicure - a moment of real pain when it seemed she dug too deep in one area and a crooked finish to another (which I commented on and the woman in charge corrected fir me). But when my manicure began, she was so aggressive and using a thick emery board, that even today almost all the edges of my fingers still hurt. It was painful when she was doing it, and now realize that I should have spoken up, but kept thinking/hoping it was just a fluke and her filing style would improve, but now I know better. She also caused one finger to bleed when she was using the cuticle trimmers, and she never commented on it. After I paid for my mani/pedi and my daughter's pedi (for which she priced it slightly higher than the manager's price - given at the same time), we left. In the car I really looked at my fingernails, and discovered a bubble, a ridge, and several uneven edges near some cuticles. I went back in and they corrected the four areas I pointed out, and found three more they fixed too. Management was apologetic and did not make me feel bad, and I was very nice about it too. However, this morning I had to take ibuprofen again, because my fingers are still sore. If this had been my first manicure, I probably would never want to repeat the experience. Fortunately, there are good techs out there!

They clearly prioritize nail health and safety: super clean setup with dust collectors, gentle manicuring (no aggressive filing ), and they actually take the time to explain what services are best for your nails. What really stood out is how much care they put into prep--they properly clean and prep the nail so the application lasts longer and the final result looks way better. They won't just do whatever you ask if it could damage your nails or won't last, which I really respect. Liz did my Apres Gel X (natural almond shape) manicure and put so much care into the application, leaving my nails feeling healthy and strong. I also got the Pinky Pedicure with regular polish done by Chau, and it was just as amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and kind. It's rare to find a place that cares this much about both the experience and the long-term health of your nails. Safe to say I won't be going anywhere else

The pink color that was used on the tip wasn't dark enough for what I wanted, so I politely asked if it could be changed to white instead. Instead of handling the request professionally, the receptionist/owner began raising her voice at me then yelled the conflict to the ENTIRE salon. I was surprised because asking to adjust the color during a service is a very normal request, especially when you're paying for the service and the design isn't what you expected. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that other customers in the salon witnessed the interaction and expressed that they would not come back because of how the situation was handled. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. This is also not my first negative interaction with the same person. On a previous visit, I was overcharged and had to question the pricing. Because of that experience and now this one, it's becoming a pattern that's concerning. I am also a regular tipping customer, which makes the lack of respect even more shocking. As a woman of color, experiences like this can feel especially discouraging when you're simply trying to receive a service and be treated with basic courtesy. Good customer service means listening to clients and addressing concerns calmly and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case during this visit, and it left a very bad impression. && I love some of the techs here but the owner short Asian woman has a very nasty attitude and I don't think she is a fan of black people.

Yesterday I went in for my routine lash fill and was able to enjoy a mani pedi while sipping champagne and getting a glorious massage from her chair.
