This is my go-to nail spot. I don't normally get a manicure. I'm a pedicure gal. It's super relaxing. They always make sure the water is perfect and not too hot for me. They offer water and other drinks. The chairs are super comfy. The staff are super friendly. There is only one guy I like doing my pedis. He is a great conversationalist and gives unhurried exfoliating foot massages. My feet and toes come out so perfect. I don't know his name, but will have to find out when I go again! I've also gotten by eyebrows waxed here, and the lady is super nice and very gentle. I will come back again to get my eyebrows done when I'm too lazy to do them myself. :) read more

The pricing is not indicative of being in Hutto. $95 for my own nails with an overlay and a design at a place that doesn't even have champagne/brut/prosecco hell any form of bubbles is insane. I love my nail tech but just don't know if his work is even worth the price. The staff is super friendly but there isn't anything superb about the salon that warrants the pricing. read more

The lady doing my pedicure kept pushing for a gel polish to match my gel fingernails. I kept telling her I wasn't interested and she still applied the gel base when I told her again I didn't want it. She said it would look better and told her no again. She proceeded the file down the base by hand and apply regular polish. I had to pay extra to properly get that polish removed at my next appointment since it still had remnants of gel. Very sloppy My gel mani started chipping on the edge of 3 nails within 2 days without having done any manual labor. read more

Where you call or walk in, you are made to feel welcomed and seen. Lots of colors available, artistic staff and super clean. I go for both acrylic nails and pedicure. They offer several services and several levels of those services. Massage chairs are wonderful. My go to technicians are Roy and Coco. read more

Upon moving to Texas (16 months ago), I have been searching for a technician who could replicate a specific technique my previous technician use. I just took a chance. The salon is clean, and very bright and while masks are optional, all technicians are masked. Tony, who checks you in is friendly and personable. I asked for Kevin, who did my nails previously, however he was booked. Tony assigned me to Mai (not sure if the spelling is correct). I explained that I like a high arch "smile line" and I showed a picture of my nails done by my previous technician, as well as another picture and she "understood the assignment!" The entire staff is very friendly and although I have only visited twice, from the conversations I overheard, I left with the impression they want to make their leave with a positive customer service experience! I've been going to this place since they opened. I've never had an issue with the service here and they do a good job on your nails. However, I went to get my nails done and after my nails were done, I went to go pay. The man taking the money, whom I think is the owner, asked me if the lady who did my nails put tips on them. I told him that she didn't. He started inspecting my nails as if I were lying. I told him these were my real nails. So he gave me my bill and charged me charged me more than the price I previously paid for the same length with the dip. I told him that price was higher than previously. He told me it's because my nails were too long so he had to charge me more. I told him that my nails aren't long. He said they were and he had to charge me more. I was upset because 1) These are my nails and I didn't use their fake nails and 2) my nails were the same length 2 weeks ago and he charged me less. I had the lady cut my nails down to the length they were 2 weeks ago. I told him that he just lost a customer for trying to upcharge me on my own nails and told me okay as if he didn't care about his customers. A few weeks earlier, he upcharged my husband for my daughter's nails. He's inconsistent with his prices and for this reason I've lowered the stars. There are too many nail shops in the area tdo a good job for me to continue to give this place my money. read more

This place is so sus! I went back in April for my wedding set and NEVER AGAIN they charge the hell out of me and my bridesmaids nails where damaged and they actually got cut and the girl didn't even care about that! And what's suspicious is the fact the guy in the front was so adamant for my mom to pay cash and once she did she asked for a receipt which the guy said "oh we don't do receipts for cash" hmm I wonder why???? IRS? ? When I took off my nails with a different salon my nails were SEVERELY damaged!! They packed a ton of product on your nails and cheap quality as well! My nail color had bubbles. Over all DON'T GO HERE the owners are not even involved! They are focused on the coffee shop instead what's going on their own nail salon! I can't imagine what is the hygiene of this place . This is not the place for me and hopefully my experience will save you guys from this place. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like this and taken advantage of. The nails turned out beautiful but absolutely do not trust this business with the purchase of a gift card. I received one as a gift, with a receipt for the purchase, and was told when trying to redeem it that the gift card had already been redeemed, which I did not do. After an hour of waiting for them to research and come up with a resolution , sparing all the details here, they simply couldn't admit that they may have actually made a mistake in how they rang up and sold the gift card. The entire time they could only conclude that the gift card was previously redeemed and the receipt I had was not for the sale of the gift card. Seems like Tony made a mistake with how he originally rang up and sold the gift card, all the while failing to actually activate the gift card. I would have considered going back for future service, despite my daughter's finger being cut without any apology, had they handled the situation in a more professional manner rather than being so condescending. read more

Very good experience. Their prices are better than Round Rock. The nail techs are extremely proficient and are fast. I am extremely picky on my nails and they have passed the test. I am extremely impressed with their sanitation standards-very clean. Would highly recommend if you are in the area or live in Hutto. I've tried two other places and Hutto, and this is by far the best. read more

*Update: after 3 days I had 3 nails that had cracked. I went back and Elaine fixed them. Three days later and all my nails had cracked including the ones she fixed. So what a waste of money. I get SNS all the time and never had this issue. I called and asked for a refund at this point and they said they don't give refunds. I'm now in another state and can't go back. Avoid this nail salon at all costs. Really needed my nails done for the weekend. Dropped in with my daughter so she could get a pedicure. I opted for SNS with no tips. Elaine did my nails and she did an excellent job! She was quick but paid close attention to detail. The pedicure chairs do not have a massage feature like other places-so for me I would not come here for that. However I love the job Elaine did with my nails. read more

Super happy! Great experience. The owners truly took care of me. They learned my name, and spoke in English around me. Loved the pineapple mimosa and the special treatment (well, it felt special). Definitely (at least) 2 steps above all the other salons in Hutto! Actually, I got tips for the first time, left the salon and found some mistakes, and went right back to get them fixed- no problem! I love this place so much! So cute and clean, the services feel great and I truly feel like a princess when I get serviced here. The quality of work and delivery of service from the nail techs are stellar, but the reason behind my two star review is the way the young man at the front desk handled my booking request over the phone. He's very sassy/snippy & talks back, talks OVER you, and doesn't give you a second to gather your thoughts or finish what you have to say! My goodness, I was trying to book 4 appointments for my sisters birthday and he made the experience so dry & unpleasant. To ownership or management, please take the extra time to train him on client etiquette & proper verbiage when speaking to clients. Had I been a new client, I would've been very unsettled and pushed away just because of the interaction over phone. Otherwise, this nail studio is worth the visit!! Perfect for a girls day and such a treat! UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW: SAME DAY The same front desk representative CALLED me back in response to my review about 30 minutes later. He said "It's funny you make your appointment, then sabotage us. Why do that if you haven't even come to your appointment yet?" I said "Excuse me? I've been there before! The way you handled my phone call is why I'm complaining and the way you're speaking to me now is unprofessional- hence my review! I still plan on coming to make our appointments & pay for the services. Who are you? Are you the manager or the owner?" He responded with "I wasn't rude or talking over you. I don't know what you want. But I'm going to go ahead and cancel your appointments anyway." I kept asking him if he was the manager or owner & he persisted in talking over me and wouldn't answer my question. Then he hung up. Now I don't know if I even have appointments for my sisters birthday! She loved this little nail salon when we came a few months ago, we both did!! and now I'm so shocked at how disrespectful this man was to me over the phone. Way to go Tony, to ruin a birthday for a hard working mother of 3 who hardly gets to have self-care time. That is why I wrote my review!! First time I've ever had a front desk assistant call the client to call them out when it's their fault they handled the situation incorrectly. So disappointed, I've referred many to this nail salon and I hope they don't have to experience what I did. read more

I've been here three times coming from a place that always had a better Nail opinion than my own. Today was my fourth time going and all I asked for was a brand new set a basic color and one design. Now the lights that they use in there are not the strongest so you really can't see any flaws. I get home and got my glasses and under my nail lamp, and I have polish, gel polish mind you all over my cuticles and the design it's horrible. Look at the pictures below and tell me if you would've paid $10 for this design? I called to ask if I could just have my design redone, I was told I was too difficult and that there is nobody that can help me. I love this place. It is clean, professional, and welcoming! Tony, at the front, is amazing. So nice and friendly. He always goes out of his way to remember me and my kids. I get my nails done by Elaine. She is warm, honest, and a beautiful artist. She cares very much about her work, and it shows. Beautifully decorated and clean shop. It is laid out well! The staff are really nice as well. My tech was very skilled and did an excellent job with application and shaping my acrylic set. The gel paint was applied nicely. I think the line work could have been crisper but I really enjoyed coming here. Will be back! read more

I've lived in Hutto for so long and have seen this nail place, yet have never tried it until today. Highly recommend. I called and made an appointment. When I walked in, I was greeted and attended to immediately. I saw Sophia who did my SNS and pedi. She did an amazing job on both. Ive been coming to this location for a few months now and have found a nail tech who can execute what i ask for! Tom is very gentle with my fingers through the whole process. I have had others grip my finger so hard that they are sore for up to three days but not with Tom. The welcome staff is also very kind. This may be the best looking at of nails I've ever had. I called and got a last-minute appointment. The space was very clean and professional looking. They guy at the front counter was polite and helped come up with color ideas. The lady who did my nails was very nice and did an amazing job from start to finish. I've been here a few times with my mom and every time it's so wonderful. They have safety procedures in place and are extremely clean. I've been over the top happy with both manicures and pedicures with each visit. From the minute I walked into the nail salon I fell in love! The location is extremely clean, the staff is very personable and attentive. And the color choices.... obsessed! They have these amazing books that open and you have SOOO MANY good color choices. I did have to wait but that's expected on a Friday evening two hours before closing. The nail technician definitely took his time and made sure my nails were in perfect condition before leaving. I love how trendy this salon is. You can tell everyone takes pride in their work! Fabulous location. Excellent service from the moment you walk in. The staff is professional and proficient. I could not have enjoyed my pedicure anymore. The chair was comfortable and clean. I absolutely love getting my nails done here with Kevin! I can walk in with an idea and he brings it to life. Even when I have no idea of what I want he amazes me with his talent! I get daily compliments on how nice my nails look! The service is always great, the atmosphere is always friendly, and with Covid they are doing everything right in following rules and guidelines. I was assigned a nail tech I had never seen before, and the experience was nothing like what I'm used to here. She took an unusually long time to do a simple French tip manicure and pedicure, and despite repeatedly asking for the tips to be thinner, she continued making them thick and uneven. My nails literally look like McDonald's arches--crooked, bulky, unevenly filed, and poorly shaped. I originally asked for a unicorn finish, but was told it required gel, which I didn't want this time. After agreeing, it became clear there was confusion about how to do it, so I declined. Despite that, I was still given a gel French tip, which again took forever and still turned out poorly. Thankfully, one of the regular nail techs stepped in and did a great job fixing my toes--but by then the experience was already frustrating. At checkout, I was told my total was $138 for a deluxe pedicure I did not receive. We had to discuss the charges, and I ended up paying $108--still far too much for nails I hate and now have to get repainted somewhere else.
