The St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs were smoky, had a nice bark, and very meaty. It could have been slightly more juicier, but overall satisfying. As for the pulled pork, I preferred the sandwich with the South Carolina Mustard. What a great tangy flavor? I just wish there was more of it. The Kansas City Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce was great too, but also needed some more. Lastly, I got to taste the Alabama Great White BBQ Sauce, which is similar to the famous one from Big Bob Gibson, but possibly had more black pepper taste, which I didn't mind.
