if I can give 0 star review I would for this place . overpriced- chair couch has burned big hole in it it was very embarrassing and they tell you to get drink from next door and then they charge you 10 to 11$ to bring drink from next door . Prices are wrong and service very bad. server very rude. place is nothing looks like in pictures on website it's broken burned couches and chairs. A lot of hidden charges. I looked at the menu and a Hookah was $30 and $10 for a refill. I went to check out thinking my tab was going to be about $40 and was shocked when I saw it was over $90. There was a service charge of $20 a BYOB fee of $10 per a person and a hose fee. I will not be going back. read more

I'm mostly careful with food items at hookah lounges, but honestly everything I try here is great so far. I'm a regular now! lol Ask for different flavors on hookah, that are not listed on the menu. My favorite flavor is cappuccino and milk, but they have plenty more like cherry coke, or rose and lemon. And all that comes with welcoming attitude and great sevice in a nice environment. read more

I typically only review food places, butttt I gotta review this one! My fiancé and I were exploring Downtown McKinney for a day and this was our final spot for the night and, let me tell you, it did not disappoint AT ALL! From the moment we walked in, I knew I was going to love it! They were playing Afro beats! My kinda jam! The place was clean, the ambience was right and the seats were comfortable. It vibe just felt right! Considering that it was just two of us and it wasn't like we were going to be spending a ridiculous amount of money (it was already pretty late at night), they were still VERY attentive to us. Taking our order was easy (and there is a bell to push if you want service). The hookah was really good! A guy (who I'm assuming is the owner) came to check on us and we had asked if they could play more Afrobeats, and I know he took our request seriously because, after a little while, they played a number of songs. This made me really happy! Another guy came to check on us and make sure we were okay with everything, especially the Turkish coffee we got (which my fiancé said was good). It's BYOB for a fee (cheaper on weekdays). Overall...we will DEFINITELY be back! Such a great place with great people running the place. Our bill was close to nothing, but they treated us like we were spending a million bucks. We're coming back with a bunch of friends! They deserve our business! Thank you, Amore. read more

This place was the first time for my friends and I. The atmosphere was an Arabian nights dream, the furniture was gorgeous, beautiful lighting. Culture is embraced so well! The people were phenomenal; shout out to Bam & Ismail. These guys rocked it! Service was top notch! They're hilarious and very personable. This was super comfortable and a hidden gem! My first & LAST time coming here. The hookah was GREAT but everything else made it a terrible first time experience.. If you have a big group ( 2 & up ) be prepared to buy 1 hookah per 2 people... it was 4 of us & 2 of us out the group barely smokes hookah... definitely a waste of money. They charge for the hookah hose also $3 ... I asked them if they had an open bar & the man told Me no but it was byob... he didn't mention that it was $10 per person to bring in your own drinks. Good thing we had 3 bottles because we would've paid $40 for 1 bottle Basically... he then asked if we wanted anything as a chaser. He brought us out 4 sprite cans & each sprite was $3 .. not the problem... he was so money hungry he charged us for all 4 when only 2 were open . I expressed to him that he should have explained everything to us as first time customers & he rudely responded how he has 3 other hookah lounges and I didn't know what I was talking about ... my brother ordered a meat patty? NEVER GOT . & it's only 5 things on the menu.. how do you not bring out the 1 thing we ordered ???! Probably charged us for that also ... oh & forget about a coal change , when he finally changed the coals , we were smoking ash . Oh & he brought the hookah out with NO COALS for at least 10 minutes !! It was also my birthday :) glad I had the company I had because If not my whole night would have been ruined :) . !!! The star is for the hookah flavor ONLY lol. Everything else 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

This place is 5-stars in everything they do, all across the board. They not only offer an amazing hookah selection (mine was so smooth and made to perfection), but a fantastic selection of coffees, lattes, desserts, etc. Service is top notch, as the owner and its staff strive to provide the best experience for their customers. Place is very classy and clean and the ambiance is amazing. I am not local to McKinney, Tx (live about 30 minutes away), but it is well worth the trip for me whenever I come by. This place is the most unique, eye catching hookah lounge I have ever been to. So much thought and detail has been put into decorating this lounge, it's breathtaking!
