Super expensive place ! 5 friends went for hookah for 90 minutes and came out with $90 bill for using 1 hookah which was supposed to be $22. They charged $22 twice since it was 5 people then another $25 for bringing our own food and drink and then 18% service fee for bringing us the hookah once. read more

Stopped by for the first time last night and enjoyed our time there. Pretty large, clean space with plenty of couches to lounge on. We were greeted immediately by a friendly employee and she took our drink orders right away. They only serve non-alcoholic drinks here. For the hookah flavor, we ordered "Hanky Panky" which was a mix of white gummy bear, mint, etc. It was good and I'd order it again. The place was dim inside with led lighting throughout. Extremely disappointed by the overall experience. I've been to several hookah spots before and this was by far the worst of my experiences. I recommended this place to my group of friends and we bought several hookahs. The hookahs were all very light in smoke, there weren't enough coals, and the flavors could not be tasted. I spoke with the server. The server had an attitude and did nothing to resolve the issues. I told her my concerns and she rolled her eyes and walked away. The service was extremely poor. I wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked in, my hookah was not fixed, and the employees barely interacted with my large group. This is poooooorrrr customer service, one of the worst. Save your money and go elsewhere. There's better hookah and better service elsewhere. This was a poor experience. Never retuning and I don't recommend. read more

The waitress was very unwelcoming. My hookah hit very harsh. I pressed the call button so that I could get service to let them know (since no one came over for awhile) but no one came for 20 mins later and when the waitress came she was coming to drop the bill off, 30 minutes before closing. We were looking for a chill vibe that's byob in the area...I found this place it's black owned and woman owned (you go girls)! $5 per person if you bring in your own bottle that's not bad. I'm not sure how much the hookahs are because a random man paid our tab. The ladies who are running the place are nice and friendly. They advised they serve wings I just don't know what day. Found this hookah lounge on google near our place. We just moved from Michigan and we had the best of hookahs around so it was hard to find a place in TX that was as good as Michigan. We tried many places around Dallas but this place was the only one nearly as good as the hookah we had in Michigan. The place was nice inside, very clean, the staff were very friendly and gave good service. We had the midnight train with orange head. It was really good. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star because my husband had to go ask the guy to change our charcoal but other than that everything was on point. Great place! The lounge is relaxing and plays amazing music. It also has sports, shows, games, and news in their flat screens. Great decor and vibe! You will always feel welcomed and relaxed. Perfect to come alone or with friends! You can also bring your own food in. No outside beverages. Great staff! All the staff is helpful and friendly! Moe is awesome! Tried Mirage for the first time. Great place. The service was fast and the servers were all very polite and accommodating. The ambience is perfect (clean, music on but not too loud, nice interior). Mirage will likely be my new regular hookah joint whenever I'm in town. Would recommend. read more

If you are looking for a serene and chill place to unwind or even work, this hookah spot is the place to be. Staff welcomes you on arrival with a smile and make sure you are well served and get a value for every dollar spent. Music is not too loud during regular hours. If you are also a night owl and looking for a hangout spot in Frisco, they are there till 2/3am ish. Comfy couches and big projector screen, gets no better.
