This is a 5 star florist. They did the flowers for our daughters wedding they were gorgeous. What makes this place special is collette. I went to visit her to explain what we wanted. She was patient, kind and had wonderful suggestions. After that she worked out final details with the bride. yesterday I received flowers f Amour florist at first look everything looks good, but as i look closer I could see fallen leaves burnt leaves wilting bloom with leaves curl at the tips and side. indicating this arrangement was sitting for a couple days. I just got out of the hospital and they were trusted to send me this bouquet and I am totally disappointed. In add I called and bought the matter to their attention, they promised to deliver a replacement today and they never showed up or called. I'll not recommend them or use them in the future. read more

Yesterday we received a beautiful vase of flowers which was from Amour. The flowers are fresh and very artfully arranged. The delivery person, Dan, was very friendly and personable. Our son ordered these flowers from Tennessee and just took a chance ....he certainly chose a winner! I spoke with the owner after delivery because I wanted to give the delivery guy a gratuity and had no cash.... we solved that problem easily. The owner was very helpful and friendly also. I've used this flower place many times. My husband uses this place whenever he buys me flowers and the bouquets are always beautiful. I also purchased my wedding flowers here for two different events in our wedding. Today I stood at the counter for five minutes while an employee noticed me and ignored me. I rang their bell and still was ignored for an additional few minutes. I left and went next door to Flower Power and got a beautiful bouquet. I will not be back to this establishment that clearly does not value their customers. read more

I requested a bouquet in person at the last minute. I wanted a small bouquet with flowers similar to the ones we carried 50 years ago for my girlfriend's wedding. This was not the main gift, just a little something extra. I was asked my price point. The bouquet they made was beyond my expectations! it was absolutely beautiful! It had the flowers similar to the bridesmaids, a few roses like the bride(totally unexpected but just like the picture I showed them!), the three colors of ribbon I requested, all at the agreed upon price point! I am so appreciative and was very happy to give this as part of my 50th wedding anniversary gift. I highly recommend Amour Florist. read more

Abysmal! I ordered a ~$100 bouquet from Dawn at Colts Neck Flower Shop (same ownership as Amour Florist). What was promised on the website and what was actually received was markedly different (please refer to the below pictures to get an idea of what is advertised vs. what you'll actually receive). Essentially, you can go to any grocery store or bodega and buy a $15 bouquet in cellophane that would be far superior to what was created and sent by Dawn at the Colts Neck Flower Shop. Side note: no self respecting florist would add white carnations to an arrangement, as was haphazardly done here. There are no words... I called Dawn to speak with her about the discrepancy and give her the opportunity to make it right. She immediately went on the defensive, told me that the pictures on the website were enlarged and proceeded to speak over me the entire conversation, growing increasingly combative. I was hung up on twice and insulted and all for expecting truth in advertising. I called the customer service number to speak with the owner, and was treated far better and given an apology (though over I week later, I still have yet to hear from the owner and have been offered no solution). Avoid at all costs- I've referred to the Better Business Bureau to resolve. read more

His staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and I was in shock on how I was spoken too. Did not even offer to see if she can help me. As a business specialist who supports small business around the area I would not recommend this place at all. No manners, or business etiquette. read more

Ordered an arrangement through 1800flowers. The arrangement was called Fields of Europe in a cute basket. What I received was a vase filled with greens and 3 roses and 3 carnations. I paid $50 for that! Not even pretty. This was a Christmas present. Very unhappy. read more

My husband's formal delivery for my birthday arrived from Amour Florists on Saturday (right on time) in the middle of a major snowstorm. The delivery driver was very courteous despite having to be out in bad weather and the flowers were gorgeous! We will definitely use Amour Florist again and highly recommend them. read more

I went to Amour Florist today to pick up flowers for Mothers Day. I asked one of the women working there if they had any bouquets made up with Gerber Daisies and her reply was an immediate "we have nothing with Gerber Daisies." Another women then came up to me and said that she thought there was one made up vase left with Gerber Daisies. She brought me in to the refridgerator and showed me a nice made up vase with a price tag sticking out of the flowers for $49.99. I told her I would take it. She then took it in back and I heard another woman say, "that's not $49.99 it's $59.99." When she brought the flowers back out there was no price anymore so I confirmed that it had been marked $49.99. The women said "yes, it was marked that." Then another woman came out and stated "it was marked wrong, suck it up and buy it." She then walked in the back room. Of course, at that point the computers went down so the women asked if she could write down my credit card number and charge me when they came back online. I agreed and asked her if the price was $49.99 and she replied yes. I just checked my credit card online and they charged me $59.99 for the flowers plus tax. I will not be returning to Amour Florist. read more
