Let me start by saying I've never received business from this company so I cannot speak to the quality of their work. However, they employ salesmen that disregard boundaries and harass you into services. Jeremy Abney continues to contact me for business after I've declined multiple times. I was introduced to Jeremy originally 1-2 years ago when he was a subcontractor with a different company. During this time, Jeremy missed the appointment with the insurance inspector and my claim was denied. Jeremy reassured me he would work with the insurance company for a reinspection then stopped responding to messages. He reappeared at my door months later--unannounced. He explained that he was working for himself and would love to move forward. His explanation for disappearing was 1) a diabetes diagnosis and 2) he was no longer with the company due to unethical business practices. I told Jeremy I would let him know if I wanted to do business. He continued texting me to replace my roof after I made it clear I was not interested. The project took longer than anticipated. The slowdown concerned the removal and replacement of solar panels, so we were at their mercy time-wise. The roof looks perfect for our home in the woods. I had hail damage which caused some leaks. I spoke with 3 roofers and hands down it was because of Robbie B. He inspected my roof and the entire dwelling and he found what I knew existed. We called my insurance company together and he helped get the ball rolling. Robbie was present when the adjuster arrived and he's made the whole roof replacement process easy on me. The production crew worked quickly and efficiently and completed the roof in less than one day. The flashing around the chimney was completed in a couple of hours the following day. I'm amazed at how thorough the production team was with the cleanup and hunting down all the stray nails and staples. The time when I paid the deposit to when the work was completed was two months. When it was about three weeks out for the work to begin I received a date for my roof replacement and I received another confirmation a week prior. The day before the work was scheduled Robbie called and said the crew is running one day ahead of schedule and they are heading my way. I'm very happy with Robbie and the work AMP delivered. After storms ran thru Imperial our house took a lot of hail damage and our vehicles too. We took AMP restoration & roofing as our business partners and even though my wife and I were a little worried at first, because going through this was very new to us and hearing all the scams going on. Tom drove to our house and sat down with me and answered all my questions and just made me feel a whole lot better, after that everything they said was right on time, what day they were fixing the roof, when shingles were going to be delivered, then when siding was going to start, and when siding was going to be at our house for job. My wife and I were so pleased with the work they provided us when completed. Got to give credit where credit is definitely due. Quality of work was out standing. They even sent a gentleman over to do some quality control with a bit of trimming on shingle and siding (which I never noticed) made it perfect. It's just that everyone I talked to was so pleasant to talk when calling, I have to give a shout to Dan and Will they did great when I called. Will stopped by my house one day and offered a free estimate. He grabbed a ladder and took a few minutes on the roof and took a few pictures. I had a tarp covering a bad area. When he came down, he showed me hail damage in a number of areas. We met two nights later with my wife to pick out the shingle color and sign a contract. From start to finish every level of service was top notch. The team dropped off everything for the job the night before. They started early and were done before 3:00pm. Had to watch the entire installation of siding. Employees were not overlapping the house wrapping. They were all Hispanic workers. No one could speak English. The production team was not on the ball. This was a new crew and they had no supervision. First , didn't order enough roofing material. So they started more than a month late. Second, as stated above my wife and I had to watch and make phone calls to get the wrap installed properly. aAfter the install of siding they didn't have the correct gables. After this they damage my driveway with the pole that is used to install the siding. They stated they were not responsible for the damage. Pictures were shown to prove they responsible. The house was damaged in March of 2024 storm. They didn't finish all of the work until March 2025. Robbie, represented AMP very well but their production team well they suck. They did a roof and gutter replacement for hail damage. No problems with construction. Austin definitely went the extra distance when dealing with the insurance company. When they were in Indiana they did my roof. They knew I had a leak and tried to fix it more than once. Then they stopped talking to me and I couldn't get ahold of anyone and their offices in Indiana all closed I couldn't find them. I ended up hiring a lawyer and we found them they still did not try to fix anything. My lawyer only went after the roof and not the other things that needed to be replaced do to bad workmanship. So I ended up firing them I decided to go to the bbb and I am still trying to work with the bbb. But wanted to let people know that if you have a problem with there work they will defame you, just so they don't have to make things right. Had a small leak over the summer in our roof. AMP rep believed we needed a whole roof replacement and "guaranteed" our insurance company would approve it. After weeks of back and forth the insurance company did not approve a full replacement. Since it wasn't a full replacement AMP ghosted us and did not respond to any further emails and didn't repair our roof. Terrible customer service. AMP if horrible. They left the crew unsupervised during the install. The area around the chimney, dormers, and vents were not installed properly. Two different managers inspected my roof following the install and affirmed repairs were needed. I have leaks in two areas in my home as a result and they still have not made the repairs they promised. It's been over 6 months!!! The Owner, office staff and managers all claim they will come to my home to make the repairs, but it still has not happened. read more

AMP is amazing! My gutters were overflowing with debris during a severe rainstorm. I contacted them and they responded within minutes. They came to my home, provided a quote on the spot, and even cleaned out one of the clogged gutters before I hired them. AMP has been the worst experience ever! A roof and 3 small ceiling repairs. The roof took 8 months before they ever started. They spent too much time requesting more money from my insurance co. for things that weren't needed. 1 example, money to recalibrate a satelite dish that isn't even hooked up.There were many more. They received the supplements along with the final payment. After finally finishing the roof I had to contact BBB 2 months later to get them to start the ceiling repairs. It was not done as specified, they put up sheet rock instead of plaster. 2 more months and I had enough of delays and no call backs. At this point over a year had passed. I asked to be reimbursed the balance for the work still not completed. BBB was not any help and they still have not sent money. Looks like I have to get courts involved. If these storm chasers knock on your door, do yourself a favor and just shut the door. Sadly I have to leave at least 1 star. read more

Unscrupulous sales team,rude, and sexist! One of their sales people solicited my wife about setting up a meeting with the insurance adjuster to authorize a roof repair. He told her that we were free to seek other bids and asked her to sign an insurance replacement agreement.In his rush to get a sale, he failed to point out the clauses on the back of the agreement that are supposed to be initialed. He also failed to find out who else is authorized to make final decisions on the home. Our home is owned by a trust, so everyone in the trust must be in agreement on final decisions. After meeting with the insurance adjuster, sales person never introduced himself to me. Repairs were approved by the insurance adjuster, and even the adjuster pointed out that we were not obligated to go with AMP. After the salesperson dragged his feet for ten days, he contacted my wife by phone. She informed him that our home is owned by a trust and that we were looking at other bids. During this time, no goods or materials were exchanged or dropped off, no final contracts, nothing. When my wife contacted the sales associate that the trust had decided to go with another company, he refused to let her finish any thought, and proceeded to talk over her loudly and threatened her that we owed the company 10% of the total repair. He continues to threaten her by phone and text. When she contacted the company's sales manager about the whole situation, he responded the same way, and said that they had bought us our wind damaged roof, because the insurance adjuster approved it, and that we owe them money! He also accused my wife that we were going to keep the money and not get the roof fixed. When my wife explained to him again that it was the decision of the trust to go with another company, he then accused her of going with a friend on the repair. He then said that his company doesn't do charity cases, and that we needed to pay.Then the sales manager threatened that the company would send a certified letter and put a lien on our home!!! Awful people! Why would we trust a company that treats us this way before doing anything than meeting with an insurance adjuster? read more
