Well lo and behold, a section of the roof starts leaking. I called and emailed. They said they were going to show up. Never did. We had our first and hopefully last house fire last summer and it fortunately was limited to our garage and no one was hurt. I didn't know where to start with hiring a restoration company or even know what they were so the journey started with some contact info from our insurance company, from there I contacted all of the companies and had at least 5 companies come assess the damage. The first impression is a big deal and Tim from Absolute Restoration LLC, a local restoration company, was the most professional of all of the companies even compared to much larger national corporations. So the fact that they are local and made the best first impression made my decision easy. Through the repair process I was always kept in the loop as to the next steps and although materials and man power can take time to schedule my family and I could not be happier with the finished product. Absolute Restoration LLC took a difficult negative situation and turned it into a positive. Our garage looks even better than it did before the fire. They showed up when they said they would be there, Eric pointed out an issue with a downspout drainage pipe and took the time to fix it for us, Devin went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the progress at each step, and the crew was friendly and hard working. We requested they make a few revisions to the plans, and they ran into a few issues they had not expected, all of which were addressed without complaint, and no additional cost.
