Such a cute little gift and trinket shop right outside the theater! I love shops like this where you can walk in and find all kinds of unexpected little treasures. They have contemporary Christian music playing, and the shop is divided into different sections with crafts, charcuterie boards, candles, lotions, kids' toys and more. I also loved that they have pieces that highlight Riverside history, including Mount Rubidoux and its famous cross, along with items connected to the Mission. There's definitely a Christian and local history theme throughout the shop, which I thought was really special. They also have beautiful watercolor artwork, postcards, scripture art and even offer custom artwork. I bought myself a watercolor art set with extra brushes, and the artist who created it even offers free online watercolor lessons! Definitely stop in and look around. There are so many cute trinkets and unique gifts, and I love that you can find something fun for yourself while also taking home a little piece of Riverside history. read more

Such a Charming Local Shop -- Especially for Jellycat Lovers! on my hunt to create the perfect Jellycat gift basket, and this shop was one of the few places in the area that actually carries Jellycats -- so of course we had to stop by again for their holiday drop! The owners of this cozy holiday gift shop are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more fun. Knowing that they host events throughout the year is definitely a plus -- it makes the shop feel like a place you want to come back to over and over again. The holiday Jellycat release was honestly such a cute experience. We waited about an hour before opening, and they greeted everyone with apple cider and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made the wait feel festive and exciting. Once inside, we got to browse all the adorable Jellycats and holiday goodies at our own pace and pick out exactly what we wanted. One thing I really appreciated was the value of the Jellycats they carry -- the pieces were in perfect condition, and because many of them are limited in quantity or harder to find, it made the purchase feel even more special If you're decorating your home for the season, looking for sweet gifts, or you're a fellow Jellycat collector, this shop is absolutely worth visiting. My son and I came to this store for a second time, the first we walked in not one person greeted us. The lady stared at us as if we were about to steal something ... i left and thought maybe the owner was having a bad day. So today we gave them a second chance and same thing this time my son said why didn't they say hello we were the only customers there. I honestly love the apple candle and wanted to purchase it but i refuse to give my money to bad customer service. As someone born and raised in the IE but no longer a resident I was drawn to their collection of Riverside souvenir and items. This is a small display in the store as there is so much more to see if you are looking for a gift for yourself or others, children or adults. Welp, I found my new favorite gift shop! I googled gift stores in riverside a day ago hoping I'd find something nearby. I needed to put together 4 gift sets for my management team at work and was expecting to find a thing or two here. I walked in and was overwhelmed and didn't know were to start. I have walked in and out of this store twice. Both times I was made so uncomfortable due to the religious conversations had by the staff. Mind you, I have entered this store more than a year apart. This most recent time the staff was having a loud conversation in the middle of the floor with a customer about how ridiculous it is for people to have religious trauma. I get it, this store is a VERY Christian store but you do not need to be having those conversations during work hours. It feels like unless you believe exactly what the staff believes you are not going to be welcome here. It's ironic that in the conversation they were having about religious trauma, they could not comprehend how their religion hurt anyone and in that moment immediately offended the only other customer in the store. read more

Today was my first time visiting this lovely little shop. They have beautiful products available- many appear to be local in origin. The atmosphere is calm and soothing. I bought a cute children's book about Riverside. The owner (I'm pretty sure it was the owner) was so kind and very nice. She put the book in a gift bag for me and I didn't even need to ask.
