Unfortunately, he showed very little willingness to thoroughly inspect the situation. He just slightly moved the oven and said, "Oh, good news, the holes here are sealed, so they're not coming from here." He opened a cabinet, said the same thing, and concluded that he could only place sticky traps for a $300 fee. I explained that we'd seen multiple mice and droppings and that I needed a more thorough inspection. He just shrugged, said he couldn't find any obvious entry points and maybe they were coming from the attic. I had to show him different areas myself, like the attic fan, and only then did he go up and find a hole where he placed some poison. A few days later, we still saw mice. I called the company again. Another technician came, and he was even less thorough. He hurriedly moved the oven, put down a single sticky trap, and was ready to leave. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and only then did he get some more equipment, find a few more holes in the cabinet, and place a couple of poison boxes in the attic. He didn't even bring a ladder--I had to provide one. In short, I felt I had to push both technicians to do a proper inspection. I'm not satisfied with the service, as I basically had to guide them to do their job. I hope you can address these issues so that future services are more thorough and professional.

Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there. Hopefully, we can have hime service us long term or if we have to have a replacement, they are also just as thorough.

I saw a raccoon climb my house to my roof. I thought it was on the roof and going up and down but…read morewhen Lookout came to investigate I was told the raccoon had ate it's way into a chimney vent and was occupying the crawl space. And so began the work to get it out. A trap was set on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning the raccoon was trapped. Every morning someone came out to look at the trap to see if anything had been trapped. After the raccoon was trapped, another trap was placed to stay up there for a few days to make sure there is only one. Thanks Harries!
