The price is pretty reasonable, especially for 2 pests, and not overcharged as other companies. It comes with 2 visits, 2 weeks apart from the first. However, the on site experience was not as great as mentioned. Technician came, went to spraying right away, and it felt like he was in a rush. Did not really check what might be the cause of the infestation (would not be an easy thing to investigate, but we did not really see the effort to find the cause). We see a great reduced number of ants, but still see a few lingering around, not as concerned number as before, but we feeling better about the ants. Also, 2 weeks after the second treatment we keep seeing silverfish back even after the treatment and trap was applied (they mentioned the number might increase the following week/10 days after treatment due to them trying to leave the premises, or longer since the treatment is pet/child safe product and it might take a bit to work). After the 2 visits, extra visit/treatment will cost extra, even with some pests coming back. - Giving a 5 stars still since they gave me a full refund due to my dissatisfaction with the service on site. Treatment did not do as well to the my pests situation, but great customer priority, owning up to their words, and honesty overall.

Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

Called ecotech and another company to get quotes. While the other company was $100 cheaper, there were way more reviews for ecotech and the price of ecotech included a second visit if needed (we didn't need it!). The technician, Pete P. came on time and sent a text when he was on the way. Was straight to the point and was checking where they were congregating. He answered the many questions I had and was courteous. He let us know to give it 2 weeks and if we still saw them, to give them a call. I believe he was off by a week but no worries - they were gone in 3 weeks. I would recommend ecotech and use them again in the future if I need to.

I contacted all the restaurants and shared my issues, bring photos of garbage on the ground in the garbage area. They all reacted positively, which was a surprise and cleaned the area up. Still, nests of rats had gotten under my garage's flooring. The rats would have a field day. I tried on my own to with pesticides to no avail. Net I went to google and read about local exterminator firms. I called VenPro and can say that they took care of the job. In between June and November, they caught over 50 rats. I never see any but am continuing their service into the summer to be sure the nests are gone as well as the problem I referred them to 3 of my close friends who live in other parts of the city.
