I chose Dr. Dacyshyn based on a combination of the services outlined on her website and a gut feeling :p I've seen her twice now, and she's really great! The first time was an hour-long consultation where I just got to say everything that was bothering me. I really felt like she listened, and she understood my problems really well. She knew I didn't have much money, and was very accommodating for that, keeping her prescriptions to a minimum and letting me know what was essential vs. just good to have. The things she prescribed me work like a charm- I stopped getting sick, have a lot more energy, my depression and anxiety have improved dramatically, and no side effects! Also, herself and the other people I've spoken with in her office are very helpful and friendly just in general. I would recommend Dr. Dacyshyn to anyone wanting to try naturopathic medicine :)

And in all honesty I found that I lost just as much weight when I skipped all their supplement and took 1 or 2 of my Costo kirkland brand multi-vitamins a day. The staff were a bit hit and miss..some were great and really supportive and didn't push all those supplement too hard. While others just didn't seem to care to much, and only took notice of you when they were trying to push product..that's where the 3 stars come in...I'd give 2 and a 1/2 if it was an option.

I required a few more "feathers" drawn onto my new eyebrow line to fill them out properly. Micro-pigmentation takes about 90 minutes including the freezing gel application. It takes about a week to heal with frequent applications of Polysporin or other antibiotic gel. The dark, scary look fades after 2 days as the process heals. Itching is normal. Don't scratch! I'm looking like a starlet today! Is it worth $350.00? When all is said and done, YES. It was a big hit to the pocketbook, but I scrimp and save in all other areas of my beauty routine, so I think it evens out. I feel like I have a younger, sexier face. I called health link around 9pm when I realized my daughter's stubbed ToE was like my a break... and of course it was a Friday night of a long weekend meaning our family clinic would be closed until Tuesday. We were just getting ready to leave on vacation in 6 days for Disney and knew there would be LOTS and LOTS of walking and swimming and running and climbing. So glad we popped in. Free street parking. There was literally one person in the waiting room. Staff were courtesy and friendly from the moment we entered until we left. Admittedly, my daughter had a bit of a freak out on the poor ER doc when she was told that the X-ray confirmed a broken bone. But overall the visit was great. A clean, bright, and new facility open afternoons and evenings for urgent care only. They did the assessment, X-ray, and treatment in about an hour's time. They did warn me that sometimes when it's swamped they will stop taking new patients before they officially close at 10pm but that's okay - I get that. I only wish I had learned of our Urgent Care facility sooner! Two Thumbs Way Up!

Fast forward three months later, and I'm a bit sad my sessions are over! The reception staff are always welcoming (and easy on the eyes which is a bit of a selfish perk), and Alan (my therapist) was not only very fun to talk to, but very educational. Every session I left armed with more knowledge than I had before, becoming more and more able to identify my own pains and how to remedy them at home.
