I have been a client of Pure clinics for a couple of months now and together with the nutritionist, nurse and behavioural coach I am almost out of the "obese" category. It was hard for me to accept that I was "obese" because I didn't feel it. But the numbers from the body composition analysis proved otherwise. I didn't think my weight was affecting my health but the 'Endo pat' test also showed a different story. I learned proper portion sizes, how many calories my own body actually needs to just be able to function on a daily basis, and what habits and behaviours led me to the weight I am today and how that actually is affecting my overall health. My journey is just beginning but I have been extremely satisfied with everyone at Pure Clinic on the west end. Mahvish always responds to my emails of wanting to change appointments 100 times a day due to my busy schedule of being a mom and even watches my daughter for me while I am in the appointment. Without her, this could all not be possible as I don't have any other child care during the day. Her personality is what makes me excited to come into Pure Clinic every day, and when I don't go in for a couple of weeks I miss her. She is a true gem of a person and Pure Clinic is lucky to have her on their staff!!! I cannot praise her enough. I worked in customer service for most of my career before becoming a mother and she is extremely great at her job. Jeff the behavioural coach is also great. He listens to me and tells me to take a breath when I am having a meltdown because it all seems so hard sometimes. He is relatable, funny and charismatic. Jason the nurse is quick, to the point, and helps explain your test results in terms you can understand. Lida the nutritionist is great with setting you up with a plan that works for you and always answers any questions you will have with detailed explanations. read more

Wish I could give this scam of a company 0 stars. They claim to be a medical clinic but don't meet any of the qualifications. It is managed by a woman with zero medical background experience and there is nothing but turnover with the staff. They use to have nurses but now they can't get anyone to work there. Probably because anyone with a heart wouldn't be able to sleep at night working for a place like this. They suck you in for a free body scan and then it's nothing but high pressure sales until you buy something. They also make you sign contracts stating that any services you pre pay for are non refundable and then they are the ones to not deliver the services. They promise weight loss but have zero testimonials or customers with results. It is 100% a scam. These criminals pull out all the stops your first visit to the store and then once they lock you into a non refundable contract they move on to the next victim. It is a sad excuse of a company and I hope they aren't around much longer. There is nothing but terrible review after terrible review out there. STAY CLEAR!!!! Shady Company, Shady Practices, Shady People! They DONT care about your journey, your goals, or your happiness in the program. Once they have conned you into their no cancel "Contract", they are happy. They use a third party billing company to debit your account, but they DO NOT tell you this. They DO NOT provide you with a copy of the contract that you sign and when you request it, you get the run around. No one will return calls, and when you phone one location, all calls are directed to another location. The staff are WELL TRAINED to persuade the customer, deceive the customer, and talk bullshit. They are the same founders as: Herbal Magic, U Weight Loss, Koge Vitamins, and immediate family connections to Health Smart Financial (the billing company they use), Nanoleaf Technologies and now Maricann (Marijuana). Be aware, READ the Alberta fair trade act THOROUGHLY BEFORE you decide to do business with this company. Know that signing a contract in Alberta, does NOT protect the consumer, there is NO GRACE period in Alberta for contracts. read more

I came to Pure Clinics because I was interested in their approach. Being a healthcare practitioner myself and experiencing health concerns I wanted to see what was offered. I was very pleased with the clinic. The testing was very high tech and unique and the assessments were very thorough. The approach covers different angles, they have a Nurse Practitioner, Dietitian and Behavioral Coach. All of this together contributes to a better understanding of my problems and finding long term sustainable solutions. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and it all starts in the reception.
