I called the office phone and reported the missing chainsaw. The woman on the phone got very loud with me. She never offered to put a claim in to replace the chainsaw. Use this company if you don't mind missing expensive items! And they won't replace them.

Allied won't replace it because it wasn't moved from PA to KY and O'brien's won't replace it because the mover they paid to move our stuff has disappeared. O'brien's salesman promised me they would be using their longtime staff to move us and that was a total lie. They subcontracted out to substandard people and do not stand behind their guarantee.
