Adrian ruining my energy with his attitude this morning. He obviously couldn't handle using three different cash registers which wasn't my fault. So if you're in line be very clear that you want them to handle your transactions before moving on. He got mad at me for him walking around. If he was going to ask me questions he should listen to the answer. Instead he was frustrated because he couldn't handle what he was doing. Not good service. Here's the thing: It's a gas station. You can buy gas and maybe a Coke and a hot dog that has a very questionable expiration date. Plus Arco has decently cheap gas, but it's good quality gas. The place itself is pretty clean, and it's right off the 60 freeway, so that's a plus. But honestly, that's about all I can say about it. They do keep it pretty clean, and it's an okay place to top off your tank before you jump on the freeway. There are better and more modern looking AM/PMs around, but you'd be hard pressed for one that was as close to the freeway as this one in Chino. read more

This Arco has friendly employees. I like the decorated pastries. Mona decorates the donuts according to the holiday. I can't wait for holloween decorated donuts. Problem is that she only works weekends. The lines are long, but they go down fast. Alot of people get only a coffee or soda. read more

This Arco gas station is one of the best price around. Unfortunately, this gas station is not open 24/7. Even if you were just going to use your own bank card, it will not pump gas. But if you are able to visit this gas station during operating hours, it will be well worth the visit if you are near by. read more

This gas station is always clean and always well-lit at night. The ampm store is fairly big and always a good choice for a last stop before a long trip. They have twelve stations, but be mindful of the rude drivers that can come at any which way. Try to avoid after-work hours (3pm-6pm) and come early in the day or later at night when there are only a few people. Beware of the actual pumps. If your tank is on the left, park the tank right next to the pump because the pumps don't have the retractable pulley that allows you to bring it around the car if your tank is on the other side. Hands down one of the finest AM PM's in the Inland Empire! The customer service is excellent and the selection is great. All I have on my block is a sketchy ass Chevron, so I look forward to expeditions down Central Ave. into Chino where I make sure to stop by this AM PM to stock up on the necessities and to enjoy one of their delicious ice mocha frappachino slushies, which is literally like a mocha frappachino milk shake! read more

It's pretty much just another gas station, but the cool thing about this one is the music they play at the pumps. Some of the best oldies are blaring from the outdoor speakers! You can't help but sing along to The Supremes or Blood, Sweat & Tears or The Yardbirds at the top of your lungs while filling your tank. People may look at you funny, but hey, it's Chino. My tire pressure was low, so I stopped to air it up. The machine cost $1.00, which I paid and began to air up the tire. The tip of the compressor was broken and was releasing the air from my tire instead of inflating it. Before it leaked out more, I went inside and told the cashier. He couldn't care less. I told him he should put a note on it so people wouldn't waste their money. He said, "fine." I repeated that I paid to air my tire and it was broken, but he didn't even offer a refund. Bad service and broken equipment. You lost a regular customer over a dollar. read more

I go to this Arco ampm all the time. Every time I go to get a refill on my drink they have a different price. One of the girls that works there has a bad attitude. I explain the different prices I'm charged and she looked right through me and answered me like whatever. Then she walked to the other register while I was still talking and ask yo help someone else. I spoke to the manager and explain what was going on about everything, and he just said ok I'll handle. He tried to just start finishing what he was doing. He would have just brushed me off if I would have let him. Another lady came and said they will take care of the girl that was very rude. I just feel the service was very bad and the girl could have been more concerned. Not saying she had to be all nice just not rude. read more

Came in this morning I made a mistake and told them pump 5 instead of 6 I went in corrected the mistake before someone went on pump 5 I was waiting out there still nothing so I went in and the girl said she didn't change it cuz she was to busy and I seen the other guy paying that went on the pump 5 I asked to be switch on 6 the girl gave me attuide and just said it's my fault so her co worker the other cashier said she was busy and didn't get to change it and someone pumped the gas on 5 so it's my fault so I asked to speak to the manger Raul he said the same think I wanted to know why it was my fault when I fixed the mistake she was busy in didn't change it when I told her too he said it was my fault and there wasn't nothing they can do the cashier that took my money in the first place never came or spoke to me after I comforted her for the 3rd time her and her co worker were talking in Spanish to eachother and then when I said I was going to report this to corporate the other cashier who had nothing to do with what happen said I can give you a refund of what's left on the pump before that they said there was nothing they can do for me I been going here for years over 5 years and never had something like this happen I won't go to this AM/PM ever I lost out on money what I want to know is what did she do with the money she got from the guy who payed for pump 5 and I already had money on there read more
